"Amazing apart! I would definitely stay here again! The location is perfect and the room is bright and spacious, where I had all the necessities for a few says' stay.It even has an elevator!!Vey rare in the beautiful, historical architecture in Paris. Many good restaurants and bakeries nearby and it gave me exactly the atmosphere I wanted to enjoy in Paris! PS: The bathroom is in the bedroom and the toilet is in the living room, weird."

11381010****Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. There's also a washer-dryer combo, which is perfect for families with older children, allowing everyone to stay together comfortably. Just a short walk downstairs, there are two supermarkets, great for grabbing groceries to make breakfast. Plus, a dishwasher means no stress. The living room sofa and beds are all very comfortable. Since it's a newly renovated hotel, all the facilities are modern and new. It's about 200 meters from the Champs-Élysées, making it very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The entire building has only a few rooms, making it a small, beautiful, and exquisite apartment hotel.

We booked a family room for 3 pax and with the sofa bed opened up, there was not much space to move around 🤣.
However, no daily cleaning even if if you stayed for 4days (not sure if any if you stayed longer as we only stayed 4 nights). You can change your towels daily at the Lobby where there is a towel room, no question asked👍.
There is a kitchen within apartment with microwave, kettle and cook stove, Nespresso machine (bring your own capsules as they provided 3 capsules for our entire 4 days stay there… lol) and all necessary cuteries for 4 pax.
The only main miss was the shower head, low water pressure resulting in water temperature coming out inconsistently , sometimes burning hot. Has to be careful there.

The accommodation is located in the first district, not far from the Louvre, Orange Park, Oasis, and the Navy House.
There is a check-in guide in the room, which writes the use of room facilities, major attractions, famous restaurants nearby, supermarket pharmacies and other information for the convenience of guests.
Coffee capsules will not be replenished. There is no daily cleaning, if needed, advance notice and is charged according to the room type.

GGuest UserNice hotel a block away from Sacré Cœur. The staff is very helpful. The little backyard is very nice. You can drink your coffee there. The kitchenette in the studio has everything you may need to prepare a meal.
Cons : No AC, only a fan.

GGuest UserA truly excellent experience! We arrived at the hotel at 9 AM, initially just intending to store our luggage. However, the lovely front desk staff managed to get our room ready for immediate check-in. The hotel boasts a superb location, only a few minutes' walk from the Louvre and Notre Dame. It's also incredibly convenient, with metro and bus stops, restaurants, and supermarkets right on its doorstep. Our room came with a fully equipped kitchen, which we took full advantage of the next day by buying steak and eggs from the large Monoprix supermarket nearby and cooking our own meals.

Corner room was big and we enjoy the stay.
Coffee capsules was only on the first day as welcome drink.
Hair dryer different to use as we need to press the on button constantly.
Washing machine in the basement was out of service during our stay.
Hotel location is fantastic, very near to Galeries Lafayette Haussmann.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very difficult to find, its hidden inside commercial buildings. Uber drivers, people live in the area didn't acknowledge there is a hotel.
Room is clean, the kitchen is nice and well equipped. Perfect for 2 people, couple or family. Staff are helpful and efficient.

CChee LumIt is not a bad location, there is a fast food, local restaurant and supermarkets within 5 minute walk. Unless we walk another 10 minutes, there is only 1 subway line which is fine. Its not quite a tourist area and there is a weekend market selling antiques nearby.
We reserved was a studio type, its spacious enough to open 2 large luggage and still have space to walk around. The bed is alright but there is only 1 window to lit up the place which is rather insufficient but it works too in a sense. Kitchen is well equip with ovens, inductors, pots, pans, cutleries and cleaning utensils. It is a small kitchenette nevertheless but good enough for a weeks stay. There are no coffee in the unit so we have to walk to the breakfast area for it, which is fine because the machine offers a wide variety of drinks. Only bad thing is that the heater was not working in our unit but a replacement heater was bought in. Staffs are nice and do not mind conversing in English. Do start with bon jour at least.
Its not a lavish place, but a place to stay for a few days or weeks. For the price, I think its about there. Its Paris after all.
Would I return? Yes sure

GGuest UserI’m not sure how to begin this review because, unfortunately, I never had the chance to stay at the property despite paying around USD 12XX. The booking process was very easy, but the cancellation process was extremely difficult. It was challenging to communicate and coordinate between the property and the agency, and as a result, I could not cancel my reservation in time.
However, I would still like to express my appreciation to the staff I spoke with at the property. They were polite and tried their best to understand my situation, but sadly, the assistance came too late. This experience has left me with a sense of disappointment, and I am hesitant to use the service again in the future.
I hope this feedback helps improve the communication and coordination process, so other guests will not face the same issue.
