GGuest UserWe stay there 2 nights and it was a great experience. The place looks newly renovated and everything is shiny clean. The host was very considerate and provided us with everything we needed for check in. The location was also quiet and close to the metro. We will definitely stay with their property next time. GGuest UserWe had an amazing stay, the flat is very well loacated in the center close to everything, the inside is nice and renovated with all you might need, the only thing I can mention to improve is to leave oil for cooking and the sound isolation was 0, we could hear everything happening on the street, so light sleapers take ear plugs 😅

YYANGHotel hidden in the alley. The room is relatively large, especially the bathroom, which is separate from the toilet. When you push the door, you can smell the faint scent of the bedding after washing. The operator’s design and decoration can be seen everywhere in the entire building. The breakfast exceeded expectations, and I was served with homemade rose sauce. The front desk is warm and friendly and provides all kinds of help and services at any time. A 10-minute walk from the central main street.

GGuest UserIt states that check-in hours are until 24:00, but the counter is only open until 21:00.
I completely missed it and almost missed checking in. (Password required to enter)
I couldn't have reached the hotel without a kind Turkish man opening the door for me.
When I checked out, there was no one at the counter, so I didn't have to speak face-to-face.
Also, I felt that the room was not cleaned properly. It looks like the floor is dusty.

And we’ve followed every step the management asked us to do and yet ended up with no hot water and a-lot of wasted time!! We contacted the management and they offered us 15% off!! Like we are that foolish to book it again!!

GGuest UserCity Plaza rooms were very clean and easy to check in/out. I had a downstairs room which you ca hear street noises and the door bell but it didn’t disturb me, so be minding you don’t like this type of noise.
About 15min walking to an Aristotle Square and other City sites also walkable distance.
Overall good couple of nights staying. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

SShoriffThis is absolutely a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, by the sea, great restaurants, all the attractions few minutes walking away. On top of that the service was great from the reception. But just make sure you visit the main hotel about 2-3 mins walking distance to get your key & door code.
