SSerafimGreat hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and new. Had all necessary amenities, including a washing machine, kitchenette, etc. The bed was large and comfy.
Location is great too – only 3 minutes to the Subway station. There are many cafes, restaurants, and convenient stores nearby.
Self check-in went smoothly. After check-out I was able to store my luggage in the luggage storage room (equipped with the passcode locked door and CCTV) to explore Busan, as my flight was in the evening.
Definitely recommended. High chance I'll book this apartment again when be back to Busan.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Y Collection UH Osiria, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated — full of natural light and equipped with everything a guest might need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the view from the window was just stunning.
The staff deserves a special mention — they were kind, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Even small requests were handled promptly and professionally. Their hospitality made me feel right at home.
The location is also a major highlight. Being close to the Osiria tourist attractions, beach, cafés, restaurants, and Lotte World made it very convenient to explore Busan. Whether you’re traveling for leisure or a quiet getaway, this hotel strikes the perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and elegance.
Overall, Y Collection UH Osiria is a gem — modern, peaceful, and wonderfully maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Busan.

GGuest UserIf you're looking to explore Seomyeon's Youth Street, this place is fantastic and super convenient. However, if you plan on going to the beach, I'd suggest staying closer to Haeundae.
Here, shopping, eating, and buying things are all incredibly easy. The room has many clever space-saving features, which I highly recommend. There's a window seat with cushions and a coffee table, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee. The only downsides are that it's a bit noisy facing the street, and the curtains aren't very light-blocking, so I'd advise bringing an eye mask and earplugs.
One particularly great feature is that the rooms use underfloor heating instead of air conditioning, making it much less dry. The whole room is wonderfully warm, which was a real treat for a winter stay. The complimentary hand soap, conditioner, and shampoo all smelled lovely. Plus, there's a separate washing machine for laundry and even a microwave! You can also store your luggage on the second floor at any time.
It's self-check-in with no front desk, so remember to check your email for the check-in password. Also, for continuous stays, bottled water, capsule coffee, and towels need to be requested from the owner daily, as they aren't proactively provided. It seems they only provide them for a total of two days, so please be aware of that. If you need more drinks, there are plenty of convenience stores downstairs, making it easy to buy more!
It's very close to the subway station! Exit 12 has a direct elevator, which is great if you have luggage.
Make sure to check out the delicious pork barbecue at 'Zhumu Roast Pork' about 50 meters away! You can find it on Dazhong Dianping!
Overall, highly recommended!

LLai keiThe room is bigger than I expected! The rooms are clean and comfortable, well equipped with the kitchen essentials, washing machine and big living room. Strategic location nearby Busan station with walking distance 10 min, with a bridge directly linked between Busan Station to the building.
No worry about the food, a lot of restaurant, cafe and food around Busan Station. Recommended 👍🏻

TTECKBW81) Location superb. Walking distance to MIPO station (Haeundae blueline park), Haeundae beach, Busan X tower. Use Navier map, make sure you don't get lost.
2) Surrounding is full of shops, restaurant and so convenient!
3) Room is decent but be cautious on the instruction to check in. Make sure you have translator as everything in Korea! Not easy to find the entrance but we figure out after some try and error. The sign of block B is not obvious, you can easily land at Block A.
4) Room equipped with washing machine, dryer, cooking utensils. This is plus point!
5) Only 2 Lifts in service so getting to the room is always a challenge as too many hotels there and have to wait! Lift can only fit 6 adults and 2 luggage, after that overloading. Waiting time is super long!
6) Towel provided is super small meant for facial not bath towel!
7) No reception or helpdesk, all AI response! Luckily, we don't need it!
8) Room is good just that no place to hang winter clothing.
9) The room wall is thin, can hear next door conversation and upstair chair dragging. Luckily it stopped after 10 PM!

Being so close to Songjeong Station also makes it easy to walk the Green Way or catch the Haeundae Beach Train! ^^

GGuest UserIt was a trip with my parents who were uncomfortable with moving, but when I checked in and entered, it was so warm indoor temperature and the first floor. It's perfect sense that one wall of the living room is decorated for Christmas~~~ Thank you for making happy memories.

GGuest UserWe used ３ nights with 4 family members. It is difficult to find but it is very conveniently located near Nishimian Station.
However, I think some people are worried that the surroundings are bars and you can hear music until late at night. We were fine because we fell asleep immediately after the trip. I had no choice but to choose from the room for 4 people, but as a result it was very good.
