LLivinlifeinBKKFirst of all, don't make the mistake of assuming that there's any association with the convenience store 7-11 because every aspect of my stay was excellent! The owner personally picked me up from the hotel I had previously been staying at free of charge which immediately made me realize that he cares a great deal about his guests and their comfort during their stay. The room was stocked with snacks and soft drinks that were assigned a very fair price, especially considering the convenience of having them available upon check in. The room was perfectly clean and I have only positive things to say. Highly recommend!!!

Handy to have kitchen and full fridge. Food delivery is easy, but walking to and from is uncomfortable with narrow road and no sidewalk. Beaches are close but long walk.
Resort does not follow its own advertising, was disappointed to be charged for things stated to be free. Feels deceptive (not Dominik fault, but guests to be aware).
Cebu is interesting city. Worth visit.

Space is ergonomically good.

Just need to buy a liquid detergent and don’t forget to bring toothbrush/toothpaste.

FFrankfurter069We are a couple from Germany and this is our second time in Newtown. I have to say that a lot has improved, especially the beach. It has become beautiful – clean, more organized, and the staff, from the reception to the waiters at the beach, are very friendly. The Filipino hospitality really shines through, and we felt very comfortable.
So far, we’ve stayed at Belmont, Savoy, and C Suite, and this place has been the best by far. Everything you need is provided – they even had salt. Very clean, nice TVs, and the Wi-Fi connection was excellent and fast. We wanted to extend our stay, but it was already too late. We sincerely thank you and are very satisfied. We’ll definitely come back and recommend you to others.

TTrip xiaomaoI stayed here to go diving in Mactan. Although it's a little far from the resort hotels, it's located in New City, making it a clean and tidy environment. It was within walking distance of supermarkets, convenience stores, food courts, pharmacies, and other convenient shops, making it a very comfortable stay. Because it's a condominium, all communication is done via email, which initially worried me. Due to the Cebu earthquake the day before my arrival, the extra bed I requested hadn't been set up when I checked in. However, after inquiring by email, a staff member came right away and set it up. All of my requests were handled promptly by email. Early check-in and late check-out were also provided free of charge, which was very helpful. There was a decent washing machine, so I felt like I really lived in the apartment. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience staying at this Airbnb. If you’re looking for a clean and cozy Airbnb near the airport with pool and gym access, this is a solid choice. The location is very convenient, especially for early flights or short trips.
The unit feels new and well-maintained, with a cozy and modern interior. It comes with fast WiFi and Netflix, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen with complete appliances is perfect if you prefer cooking your own meals. Towels and basic guest kits were also provided, which made the stay even more comfortable.
We also appreciated having access to the swimming pool and gym. The pool was spacious enough to enjoy without feeling crowded.
The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making the overall stay smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, this is a clean, well-equipped Airbnb with great amenities and a convenient airport location. We would definitely stay here again.

DDimkaMityaGood location, there is almost everything you need, cafes and restaurants and local cheap kitchen, car rental and motor, exchangers. And to the airport very close. The room is quiet at night. Clean and large area, good pool, there is a fitness room, but so for yourself. The room has a refrigerator SVH furnace fur teapot air conditioning and balcony.
And now the minus. The number is dirty and not cleaned at all, everywhere the hair, on the balcony and dirt . everything is in bad condition and requires repair or replacement. In three days I never gave a towel. I was able to get only a blanket and soap with paper ... Service terrible.
But the staff are welcome and kind.
WiFi is not working. No hot water.
