김김유리You can walk to most of Lisbon's major tourist attractions, and the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation are both excellent.
However, the rooftop bar breakfast was one of the main reasons for choosing this accommodation,
but the white staff was extremely rude and unfriendly.
They seemed to ignore me even though I didn't speak English well.
There were many other staff members, but they didn't act like that and were friendly.

SSS TripsDecent place, great location super close walking distance to great coffee shops, and our objective, the french embassy.
Had a wierd bathroom setup, its inbetween the entrance and one of the main bedrooms. It has two doors one entering from the main entrance and then it leads into the bedroom. The door leading into the bedroom didnt close as it looked like it had some water damage and swelled. Other than that it had the basics, coffee tea, utensils and equipment for cooking etc. Its stocked and ready to be lived in. Even had a balcony!

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. The time difference between the first time and the first time is quite long, because the time difference is only eight days. When I came back, the room was smaller and I had to stay on the 1st floor. The attitude was average and the sanitary products in the room were often forgotten to be updated. I stayed there for five days and had to ask every day if I had forgotten to change the sanitary equipment. Because I often forget to ask for a taxi before I leave, there is no helper to take my luggage to the taxi. I will not stay in this hotel again next time!

GGuest UserThis is a very cost-effective hotel in Lisbon. It is the best and most convenient choice for family travel. It has a refrigerator, an induction cooker, pots and pans, and even red wine glasses. This is really surprising. The decoration of the hotel is very high-quality, and every waiter is enthusiastic. A handsome guy at the front desk even shared the snacks he bought with us, which was really heartwarming! I stay here with my family every year.

KkukIt’s such a lovey hotel to be staying at. Friendly staffs and can accommodate any requests we asked. As our departure to the airport was at 4:45am early in the morning, I requested to have some sandwiches and drinks to pick up before we left the hotel, instead, they had prepared a big box of food consisted of cheese and ham sandwich, apple, banana, juice and water for us. We heartfelt for what they have done to us. Indeed everyday, we have full breakfast delivered to our room n the food was decent. Also, one night there was a movie night by the pool side, and I found it amazingly care and trying their best to fulfill everyone’s needs. The hotel room is clean and very high standard. I will highly recommend people to stay in this hotel/ serviced apartment ( as it come with an open kitchen). And we happened to stay at their hotel on their 1st anniversary, and celebrated with us and with a delicious cake! 😜

GGuest UserThe apartment was well-equipped to house multiple people, with functional amenities.
There is an everyday cleaning service & the location of the apartments is situated close to the city centre (10min by foot) and you have a metro stop (2min) right around the corner.
The only tough part was checking in at the kiosk, and getting into the building. (I recommend to call the number at the front door, so they can give you an access code and ask for your reservation number, because if you booked through a thrid party, the booking number is different)

CChanAdaThe room itself is lovely and clean. However, the location is centred in a busy street with lots of people around. It didn’t feel particularly safe there.
It is a self serviced apartment so a lot of enquiries are through calls to resolve. The guy who picked up on our call had horrible attitudes. We were trying to ask about the locker usage and signals weren’t at its best so we asked two to three times to double check if this is the hostel help line. The caller were impatient at the start and yelled at us at the end.
It truly was a shame to the nice apartment. The horrific service was the deal breakers I wouldn’t recommend hostel with this kind of attitudes and service.

I was a little apprehensive because I saw a lot of comments about the area where the apartments are located and I didn't see anything wrong with the ”men on the stairs”. They were just drinking and having fun. They didn't even look at us or intimidate us. And we arrived very late because we went out to enjoy ourselves a bit.
The apartment is excellent, super clean, smells impeccable.
