GGuest UserDue to objective reasons, we needed to stay in the Sukhumvit area. As a family of four requiring a two-bedroom suite, after much searching, we finally settled on Oakwood Suites Bangkok, part of the Ascott brand. The facilities are typical for a family suite, including a kitchen with basic cooking utensils, a separate washer and dryer, though the living room sofa is a bit small. The hotel staff were all friendly, and housekeeping was prompt. Aside from one toilet in a bathroom appearing not to have been thoroughly cleaned upon check-in, we were quite satisfied with everything else. Our suite faced west and wasn't facing the road, so it was very quiet at night. It's a 5-minute walk to Phrom Phong BTS station, there are several 7-Elevens nearby, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the EmDistrict shopping area, which is very convenient. Families who enjoy staying in the Sukhumvit area should consider this hotel.

AAnonymous UserExcellent location next to Bangkok Hospital for patients and families. 10 min walk to Khlong Saen Saeb public boat stop but no other public transit. On this stay, the first room 8th fl wasn’t perfectly clean and we noticed drain flies in the bathroom. Second room 2nd fl was much better. Main issue: This hotel consistently fails to warn guests ahead of time about scheduled maintenance on the property. Last year they had a scheduled power outage we only learned about on the day. This year they had noisy pool repair construction that necessitated a room move. The front desk staff however are all excellent and super patient.

GGuest UserI had a great stay at Fraser Suites and the breakfast was a highlight. The selection was diverse, with a notable focus on Indian cuisine, which was a pleasant surprise. The dosai was especially well-made, fresh, and flavorful, adding a nice touch to the usual breakfast offerings.
The staff were warm and attentive, always ensuring guests were comfortable and well taken care of. Their service was prompt, and they maintained a friendly, welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. It was a great way to start the day, and I truly appreciated their hospitality.

AAjitBashyali lived in this hotel for a week at first and then added 2 more days. it is not a hotel but like an apartment as there was everything available like kitchen, washing machine, microwave, living room, bed room. the breakfast has a lot of options and it is delicious. the staff are very friendly. i will definitely recommend this hotel.

TthisisgiorginixLocation and size of the apartment (we booked a 3 bedroom apartment) was excellent! The apartment was very clean and the cleaning stuff always polite and kind. The swimming pool is not very big but still easy to enjoy in an hot Bangkok afternoon. They must renew the bath and swimming pool towels because they are outrageously outdated and looking very bad. The breakfast was one of the worst of my breakfast hotel experiences. I am not a picky eater but the coffee was horrible and the fruits not fresh at all! Again overall we had a nice experience but with few adjustments this Oakwood residence will be a place where to go back.

BBua padayageeThe room was great, the air conditioning was very cool, the bathroom was clean, and the hot water was strong. If you're staying for several days, there's no housekeeping service. Communication and problem resolution were quick and efficient. It's close to a 7-Eleven and there are many delicious food options near the accommodation, making it very convenient. However, I'm deducting one star because there's no elevator. We stayed on the 5th floor, which we weren't aware of.
Next time, I'll book a room on the 3rd floor. If you're traveling with family and young children, and can manage climbing stairs, I highly recommend this place.

Didn't clean our room last night
Left water and coffee on the door handle , I said they can just change the towels empty the bins at the reception but she didn't understand
Pool not cleaned old tissues every where
And I asked for some change at reception no have was the reply that's basic all hotels should have a petty cash box
