A little to work on cleanliness, the floor was dirty.
There is a swimming pool on the 20th floor of this building, but it didn't work. You could walk and swim in the nearby building, they also have a swimming pool on the roof.

The most important things for me in all apartments are bed and quietness. This flat has both!
Bed mattress is super comfortable (not hard) what is rare in apartments in Vietnam, as well as high quality pillows and heavy duvet hugging you at night.
Location is 5 min walk to the Venice canal where they perform the shows, on the quite street facing Radisson resort, but during the evening shows you can hear a bit musical bass in your flat. But it’s for short period of time so not bothered even me who is very sensitive to any noise.
The only one down side was that my apartment wasn’t cleaned and towels were not changed during 4 nights stay, and bottles of water were replaced only once when I asked.
Overall it was pleasant stay and the owner speaks a bit Russian ( English no).
I wish Vietnam has more this style and such high quality apartments!

GGuest UserLocated in the south-central part of Phu Quoc Island, this hotel is affordable and very cost-effective. It is only a 15-minute drive from the airport, making commuting very convenient. In addition, it only takes about 15 minutes by taxi from the hotel to the city center/King Kong Supermarket, which is very convenient for shopping or dining out.
The hotel's surroundings are excellent, and it's a 7-10 minute walk to the Waterfront swimming pool and Sailing Club beach, making it effortless to enjoy the sun and beach life. Moreover, the hotel provides electric car shuttle service, making it easy to travel to and from the pool and beach.
As for the room, the configuration of a living room and an open kitchen is very practical, suitable for travelers who want to cook by themselves. The Wi-Fi speed is also good, and the overall accommodation environment is comfortable.
The hotel staff are friendly and polite, and are happy to help when encountering problems. Guests can also communicate with the staff via Whatsapp. However, the only minor drawback is that the hot water supply is not stable when taking a shower. Even if the water temperature is set to normal, sometimes the water temperature will suddenly become too hot or slightly cold. This can be improved.
Overall, this hotel performs well in terms of price, location, convenience and service, and is very cost-effective.

GGuest UserThe experience was superb from start to finish. We were able to check in early, and were even granted a complimentary upgrade to a suite on the 18th floor. The room boasted panoramic views of Sunset Town, perfect for enjoying the sunset, and even watching the 'Kiss of the Sea' show and fireworks. It was absolutely breathtaking!
The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. They proactively contacted us via WhatsApp to share information about Sunset Town's attractions and transportation options.

TTalushaBy bus 17 (to the right of the airport exit. Free travel, there is Internet on the bus) we got to the final stop to the north for free, from there it was 300 m to the hotel near the Teddy bear.
It is convenient to get to the Grand World park: walk to the stop, get on and go. We walked through the city, it was about 3 kilometers.
A nice room with a balcony and a view of the bear. Cleanliness is immediately noticeable (after Ceylon), in the bathroom there are toothbrushes, shampoo, gel, kettle, hair dryer, air conditioning, refrigerator. No soap.
The local beach is a 15-minute walk away, a pleasant walk through the city and past the embankment in the form of Venice.
Sun loungers on this beach are free, the sea is clean, the sand is nice. Volleyball games and aerobics classes are held in Russian.
Around 12 on the beach, barely a quarter of the sun loungers are occupied.
No cleaning.
It would be nice to have a clothes dryer and chairs on the balcony.

DDina_80The apartment was exactly as in the pictures. The stay was great, the room was fully equipped, except for limited information about the stay from the host. The breakfast didn’t worth to take. We skipped once we have seen it. The host could print the basic information about the stay on the paper to avoid misunderstanding . However, the overall experience is really positive. Highly recommended.
