5 minutes to City Centre of Apia on Private Estate

Staying at Elaine’s property was a delightful experience. The location was ideal, as it was close to ATMs, shops, and beautiful Catholic churches in town. The home was cozy, clean, and equipped with everything we needed, making it feel just like home. My elderly parents enjoyed relaxing and watching their Samoan programs on the smart TV, which they accessed using cell phone Wi-Fi for YouTube, Facebook, and more. We felt safe, as the house was surrounded by screen-wired protection from mosquitoes and flies. The amenities, including air conditioning, laundry facilities, and a microwave, made our stay even more comfortable. Elaine and her son Phil were always available to answer our questions and provide assistance. As typical Samoans, my parents loved this place, as it allowed us to welcome relatives and friends who came to visit. I highly recommend this property!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great place in Apia Thank you to our hosts for the house being very clean with water and supplies for hot drinks ready for us. Our flight came in very early at 4 AM and by the time we got a taxi to the house, it was barely 6 AM. Elaine was there ready and waiting for us and showed us the property. The estate is very beautiful and quiet, but only five minutes from the city center. we had two bedrooms, a roomy bathroom, a spacious living area and a double kitchen. We used it as a center of operations for three nights in that area. This property is a very good value and we would definitely stay there if we come back this way.
