Very nice place to stay near the main center in Apia. Breakfast is alright, host are really nice and helpful ! Showers are fine but sometimes no hot water

Lovely place to stay. If traveling solo its not as social as a hostel, but has plenty of fellow solo travelers to meet in the kitchen or lobby areas and probably the most sociable you can get in Samoa.

Great stay, great staff

On very rare occasions, I do book accommodation with shared bathrooms (in this case, separate men's and women's toilets with two showers in the same room, right next to the breakfast terrace) – but not for two nights! And definitely not in the tropics without air conditioning – I've obviously been downgraded. And that's quite deliberate deception, since you can only book with prepayment. At least I know for sure that I didn't book a fale (let's be real, that's also a case of false advertising; ultimately, it was a corrugated iron shack – see photo – and there was no dinner either). I injured myself several times on the sharp-edged corrugated iron roof with its highly questionable eaves height, and last night I got a deep scar because the path is poorly lit and you have to attach the "door"/straw curtain to the frame on the inside. Four weeks later, the scar only hurts when I press on it. It should have been stitched. But I also got the roof edge alarmingly close to my throat. The photos also show the deplorable condition of the stairs and landing. There's no privacy; you get a lock for a deposit, as there's a small box for valuables. Otherwise, you sleep in an unlocked room on a mattress on the floor. There's a light, a power outlet, and a fan. However, if you're never completely dry, you can't apply sunscreen. Very annoying and definitely a fire hazard.

Except for the location of the hotel and the mosquitoes, everything else is good. The breakfast is changed every day. There is a swimming pool. Living in Fale during the rainy season will be humid and hot, but it is a good experience

The inn was a little far from the city center. I chose a Samoan-style villa, and it was good except for the mosquitoes. For breakfast, we also had fruits unique to tropical countries. Also, the interior of the reception was very cute, with beautiful colors that were typical of Samoa.

The house has local characteristics and the breakfast is also very rich
