Such a lovely place to stay in Apia. It was relaxed, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were spotless, the beds really comfy, and the pool was the perfect place to cool off, often with no one else around. The kids loved it. Reception staff were super friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of fresh fruit, cereals, and made-to-order eggs. We’d happily come back for another stay.

What a delightful, understated hotel to stay in Apia. The staff were excellent, the rooms were super clean, and the pool a lovely spot to spend some time and escape the afternoon heat. Verde and Spencer were always smiling and helpful in reception, as were all of the staff that we met. Beds were comfortable, water pressure good, and even though the country was experiencing electricity issues at the time of our visit, it was not noticeable at the hotel (the aircon was still doing its thing). I would definitely stay here again.

Hôtel handy location. Good restaurant and short walk to other fantastic restaurants. Very pleasant staff. Nice rooms great pool. Little maintenance would help on wooden doors in bathroom water has soaked up them on ours and friends and room smell musty on entry. Covered by room spray after each clean but hits you on entry

First and foremost I was not originally booked into this resort, but I'm so glad my plans changed and I found this piece of paradise in Samoa. I think the thing that will stand out for me the most is the staff. Management don't change a thing they are truly amazing and I've loved every minute of my 8 days here at Amanaki. Thank you from the bottom of my heart a truly memorable experience in your beautiful country. Would recommend your resort to anyone I know whose thinking of coming to Samoa.

After an overnight flight from Brisbane we arrived in Apia at 6am. The hotel shuttle from the Amanaki Hotel (chargeable) was already waiting for us at the airport. We arrived at our hotel, which is only separated from the sea by a not busy road, just in time for breakfast, and were given a very warm welcome. We only booked this hotel for a few nights to explore Apia and the surrounding area, then we continued to the paradisiacal south of the island of Upolu. When we had finished the delicious breakfast, we were informed that our room was ready, which was a great benefit after the overnight flight from Australia. The entire complex and the pool area made a very well-kept impression. Our room was functionally furnished, very spacious and had a nice terrace with direct access to the pool area. Since there were no elevators, we were very happy with a room on the ground floor. We used WiFi in the room for a fee. Breakfast was served at Amanaki Restaurant. The location of the hotel was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the center of Apia. The cleanliness of the hotel, the beautiful pool in front of our terrace for a morning swim in the cool water and the super friendly staff convinced us. An amazing hotel to spend a few days in Apia !!

Perfect place to go with nice food and the staff are very friendly. Will definitely go there next time. Pool is clean and well maintained. Everything looks great Love this place so much. If you plan to travel please check out this hotel. 100% perfect

I was last at Amanaki Hotel eight years ago and I was glad to see the place is still the same: welcoming and clean. The staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious and look out to the sea or the very inviting pool. The simple, but good breakfast selection includes fresh fruit, toast, cereals and a choice of eggs or pancakes -- just enough to get you ready for the day. It is just a stone's throw from the seawall and from Apia city centre. The restaurant, which is always in high demand, serves the best fish and chips and caters for all tastes and budgets. Thanks again to all the staff for the enjoyable week I spent there on my recent work trip.

The rooms are very spacious and the beds comfortable. The only thing that would’ve improved our stay is if the mattresses had mattress protectors. The restaurant is fantastic and the breakfast was awesome - it was advertised as tropical breakfast however it also included eggs (cooked how you want) or pancakes. Such great value!!! The pool is very well-maintained. Overall a great stay and would’ve stayed longer if I’d known how awesome this hotel is.

The best stay in Apia Amanaki. We stayed first 2 nights on arrival and last 2 nights before departing samoa The staff are amazing always smiling very kind and very helpful. Stayed in the double deluxe room very spacious comfortable beds, close to the pool area handy for kids. Delicious meals and coffee is 👌 Ana one of the staff ladies at reception is amazing thank you Ana and we will definately see you again soon. Pool beautiful/clean, pool towels always provided location great close to main city area markets shops. Cant wait to return again end of this year. Thank you so much Amanaki Management/Staff for having us.

Looking for a place for your family? Highly recommend to staying here. We got to know quite a few of the reception ladies, cleaners, kitchen hand, bartenders, waiters abit over the 5 day stay. They were amazing/friendly and didn’t mind our two loud (no ears) and active 4 year old & 2 year old boys. Continental Breakfast was filling - options of: cereal, daily fresh fruit, toast, plus a bonus my partner and I loved was the eggs on toast/fluffy pancakes was also an option! Rooms are comfy, a little outdated but we didn’t mind at all. Very spacious for myself and two boys. My boys loved the swimming pool. We literally went swimming everyday - day & night. Good thing was that the weather was amazing!! Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality Amanaki staff. Mary

The staff & service were all friendly and welcoming - went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our stay. The facilities and amenities was everything we wanted. Loved the cleanliness everyday! We were impressed with the food selections and enjoyed eating in for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 2nd time staying at Amanaki and it didn’t disappoint. Decor was updated since our last visit in 2019 as well as the TV, which was a lovely touch. Entire hotel facility was always tidy. Staff AMAZING as always!! Will be back again soon 🙌🏽

We booked directly with the hotel and all communication prior to our stay was very helpful and prompt. Our transfer from the ferry terminal was arranged through the hotel. We enjoyed our 4 night stay here in a large ground floor room, which was clean, modern and comfortable, and had direct access to a lovely pool. The location is good; just a short walk into town. Breakfast was basic – help yourself to cereal, toast and fruit and tea/coffee. The restaurant is understandingly popular for dinner as it was very good and reasonably priced.
