Not far from the airport, the hotel offers a free shuttle service. However, you need to call the hotel yourself once you land to arrange a pickup. The hotel number listed on Ctrip was incorrect, and the one in the hotel's email also didn't work. I finally called the number from Google Maps: +52 81 4680 6980. The answering machine was in Spanish, which I couldn't understand. After some trial and error, I found that dialing extension 2 connected me to the front desk. Bad news: The room was old and dated, on par with a budget hotel costing less than 200 yuan in China. Good news: Other hotels in the area aren't much better. Breakfast was average, but edible.

The front desk service was excellent, and the facilities were comprehensive. The location is convenient with plenty of great food options nearby. The room was neat and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the breakfast was good, rich, and delicious.

Very convenient location just a few minutes away from the airport with a free shuttle running every 30 minutes. Some decent food options nearby as well. The staff are all very friendly and polite, and they try their best to help you in any way. The place is a bit shabby and the gym is tiny, which made approx US$160 feel a bit overpriced.

The deluxe king bed room I booked was given to a standard room at first. Later, when I changed to a king bed, it still felt small and like an ordinary king bed room. Then it looked dirty, the quilt cover was not clean, and the towels looked dark. The carpet had a smell and the walls were yellow. I checked in at 11 o'clock and paid more than 800 pesos. The price is not cheap, but the price/performance ratio is not high. I will not stay here again next time

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the airport and close to the industrial park, so the room is small but the price is not cheap. Breakfast is included but don't have too high expectations. Fortunately, the front desk can communicate in English without any obstacles, and there is a shuttle bus to the airport 24 hours a day.

Although the room was not large, it was comfortable, the air conditioning unit seemed new and worked very well. We asked for another pillow and an additional blanket and staff came to deliver it to the room. Plenty of hot water for the shower, however no washcloths but I believe it is not the Mexican custom to use them. I have to mention that the breakfast was one of the best I've had in a 2 star hotel. Fresh juices (2 choices), yogurt (choice of 2 flavors) with an assortment of nuts, granola, grains and good coffee. As for hot food, there were 4 choices, including scrambled eggs with sausages, hot vegetables, among others. Various types of cereals with milk and an assortment of 'dulces', like biscuits worthy of a pastry to top it all off. The staff is very nice and we had a free shuttle bus to take us to the airport on the morning of our departure. Really cool.
