I had a wonderful stay! The views were stunning, and the peaceful surroundings were perfect for relaxing. Watching wild kangaroos and birds was such a unique experience. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Highly recommend!

The product is not what it seems!! It is totally different from the pictures! It is very small! There is a dirt slope outside the window! The hotel is OK overall, but this room is very bad, even worse than the public bathroom. It is recommended to upload real pictures! This is the worst hotel with the lowest cost-effectiveness that I have ever stayed in! I was shocked when I arrived at the room. The pictures for booking the room were completely deceptive! The room was incredibly small. There was no room for any furniture except a very narrow double bed, and there was no place to put luggage! Our suitcases could only be placed in the trunk of the car, and our belongings could only be piled on the floor! The simple bed was very narrow and the quilt was not a proper quilt. I couldn't sleep at night. The bathroom was right next to the bed and there was no place for a person to put his feet. Except for the super small washbasin, there was no place to put toiletries, no place to hang bath towels, and no place to put clothes after taking them off. The toiletries were large bottles of Head & Shoulders on the floor. My husband said that it was impossible for migrant workers to live so badly! Such a bad room was sold for 1,100 a night. Doesn't your conscience hurt? ! I bet the owner is Chinese. Foreigners would never do such a thing. I stayed in a small villa of several hundred square meters at the same price in Phillip Island and Port Campbell! Please check this owner on Ctrip. How can such a simple house be used as a homestay! ! !

The lonely tree is located on the hillside of a relatively clean town and it takes 2.3 kilometers to walk down. This hotel does not have any service staff who will send emails when checking in, but there was no email information when I checked in, so I was very passive and contacted Ctrip immediately. I received an email from someone I didn't know who was staying with me that day. Others staying at the same price faced the sea and had a good view, but I faced the slope. Why was there such a big difference? The room is much smaller than Ctrip's standard area, about 12-13 square meters, which is very untrue. This time, Ctrip exaggerated the size of Australian tourist hotels. I think Ctrip should reflect on it. I am not the only one who has such feedback. The room was in extremely poor hygiene, with cobwebs and dust everywhere. There are no waiters in the hotel, and a restaurant should be considered the largest event venue. I advise friends who are going to Australia's Great Ocean Road not to stay at this hotel in a small town. There are many motels in the small town that are much better than this one.
