The last time we stayed was on August 1, 2022 the price was raised since it is August ... but the service is not... even after we were taken to the room, the lights were still shut off and the lights were still shut off. The above bed did not work exactly and when I returned immediately asked if the room was changed, the night porter also paid the price, he lifted the voice, he told me there was no reason to change room and that I was not able to use it the lights and that the lights above the bed do not work in any room ( what is not true because they always worked ) at last changed our room and look casual 'all worked' the suite with large hydromassage bath when we had it take was only working hot water so we were 3 hours out to wait for it to cool... From 1 to 5 Cleaning 2,5 Breakfast 1 Professionality and gentleness 1 We wouldn't come back anymore ... I don't recommend ,.. more cheap spend € 20 more but in a much more professional place (shame because the hotel itself has a great potential )
