The hotel was good and well kept (apart from the gym) with very kind and helpful staff. If you're looking for a pool lounging hotel, there are better options within a 20 minute walk as this hotel had one small pool. The gym was not kept very well with weights everywhere and the equipment itself could have been better.

Cool staff but 0 cooperation

the call center in Egypt were very rude hang up on me , the second call to confirm reservation they are unhelpful and took them 18 min to confirm simple thing they kept me on hold for simple thing, they were unhelpful without any knowledge about hotel booking and rooms one of our rooms 631 a/c was not working very disappointed with hilton this time to be fair, the reception disk T HILTON aqaba were very nice and helpful and tried to compensate us

The hotel is at great location and the room is clean. Staffs are helpful & friendly. There’s a shop selling souvenirs just near the lobby, with a very friendly owner. We liked the breakfast, but the pool is a bit disappointed. Anyway, finding a decent room with this price in Aqaba isn’t easy. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

Very nice staff and clean hotel

Environment: Downstairs is the busiest commercial street in Aqaba, which is very convenient for eating and drinking. Facilities: A bit old, but parking is free and self-driving is very convenient. However, four bottles of free mineral water were given every day during the two days we stayed, which is very grand for a Jordanian hotel. Service: Both the front desk guy and the security guard are extremely warm and polite! When we were drinking coffee at the open-air cafe on the first floor (along the street), if we encountered tourists chatting up the welcome security, they would come over and politely interrupt to help us avoid unnecessary harassment and chatting, and ensure that the overly chatting male tourists left before he left! This sense of service is simply great!

The room was very small for a long time, and it said there was an independent beach and it didn't.

In general, the price is not high

First of all, thank you very much to the people who build Double Tree Aqaba for their warm welcome to us, especially to the brilliant staff who are very accomodating especially to room service employee Mr khaldon and the recipient man Mr mustafa , the bar tender girl in the pool and the who even made a surprise wedding cake for me and my wife.also the facility was really good i cant say anything more but thank you and i really appreciate it.
