I don't know if a written review can convey the emotions I felt at Wadi Rum Quiet Village, but I will try. It was two days studded with joy, adventure and friendship. At Quiet Village you are not just in a Bedouin village but in a real family that welcomes you with open arms. Our super guide Hamedh took me and my family all over the desert in jeeps, showing us in a professional and entertaining way all the beauty and secrets that Wadi Rum has to offer. During lunch breaks in the desert, he prepared excellent traditional meals that we all ate together. He showed us breathtaking views, wild canyons and endless expanses, exploring far and wide and giving us the opportunity and time to take pictures and videos in peace. The base camp is just perfect: the tents are cozy and clean with comfortable beds and fully equipped bathrooms. There is also a communal tent where we dine together and a tent with a fireplace where we spend the evenings sipping hot tea (addictive as it tastes), smoking shisha, chatting with each other, singing and dancing. The dinners were simply sublime: traditional food prepared to perfection, super delicious and plentiful suitable for all palates. There is a magical atmosphere inside the camp and everyone working there is super helpful, kind, friendly, professional and good-natured. I highly recommend everyone to try this experience (we stayed two days and two nights) because the beauty of the wilderness and the wonderful people you meet will literally make you cry with emotion. I thank again Hamedh, Saleem, Mohammad and ALL those who made this experience unforgettable. We have already planned to return in the future ;)
