Staying in Arba Minch with my daughter was an experience that truly touched our hearts. From the very beginning, the care and thoughtfulness shown to her went far beyond anything we expected. Her room was beautifully prepared with flowers and her pictures, and she was even welcomed at the airport with flowers and her photos, recognizing her as an outstanding student. Seeing her smile in those moments is something I will never forget. This beautiful surprise was thoughtfully arranged by Betelhem Mandose from the front office, and we are deeply grateful for the attention to detail and genuine care. Our hostess, Eden Tilahun, was exceptional in every sense. Eden was warm, attentive, and incredibly kind. She listened with patience, understood our needs without us having to explain much, and handled everything with grace and constant smiles. My daughter absolutely fell in love with her. What stood out most about Eden was her genuine respect and sincerity. She didn’t just assist us, she connected with my daughter in a way that made her feel safe, valued, and truly welcomed. As a parent, watching your child receive that level of kindness is deeply moving. My daughter left feeling celebrated, happy, and confident, and that means everything to me.
