My stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing overall. While the room was very spacious, it felt too large for my needs and lacked the cleanliness I expected. From the lobby to the elevators and even inside the room, the property did not appear well-maintained. The facilities are quite outdated. The bathroom light switches were difficult to use and not user-friendly, and the water pressure in the shower was very weak. Housekeeping service was also lacking—they only removed the trash but did not properly clean the room during my stay. I also experienced an issue with the safe deposit box, which was not working. When I requested assistance, it took over an hour for staff to respond, which was frustrating. Customer service, unfortunately, was one of the biggest concerns. The front desk supervisor, Ryan, was not helpful and came across as rude and dismissive. He did not handle guest concerns professionally and was unwilling to escalate the issue or allow me to speak with a manager, stating that the manager was not available. This raised concerns about how guest issues are managed at the hotel. Additionally, several elevators were out of service, making movement around the hotel inconvenient, and the overall atmosphere of the property felt dark and outdated. On a positive note, the food served at the hotel was excellent. However, the staff overall seemed unmotivated, which affected the experience. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to travelers visiting Arcadia or Pasadena due to poor cleanliness, outdated facilities, and unsatisfactory customer service. In

This hotel had the worst customer service we've ever experienced! The front desk employee was unmotivated and not very helpful during check-in. We were given a room that didn't match the category we booked, with no prior notice. On top of that, the room smelled musty and was very run-down overall. When we immediately complained, we were told there were no other rooms available because the hotel was overbooked. No apology and no attempt to resolve the situation in any other way. For three consecutive days, I had to repeatedly inquire at the reception for a solution. Only after Trip.com got involved were we assured that we would receive a different room for the remaining nights and that our parking fees would be waived as compensation. The new room still didn't match the category we booked, but it was in significantly better condition. Despite a staff member confirming at checkout that parking costs would be waived, we were still charged for them. The customer service was absolutely abysmal! In the breakfast room, the tables were sticky, no matter what time you arrived. The only highlight was the housekeeping staff, who were all exceptionally friendly.

Stayed four nights in LA! Haha. All suites, great value. There's a small shopping mall nearby, and a larger one a little further away. Dining is also very convenient. Oh, and there's an In & Out Burger within walking distance.

The room looks good, but the room is old and the air conditioner is very noisy The breakfast is very basic, not like a star hotel A friend recommended this accommodation. There are many restaurants around, so it is convenient to eat out.

The hotel is located in an area where Chinese people are concentrated, and there are many Chinese restaurants nearby. If you drive here, you need to tell the waiter at the front desk that the parking fee is $12 a day, and you can enter and exit the parking lot by swiping your room card, which is very convenient. The breakfast is not bad, you can eat in the restaurant, or you can take a large plate back to the room to eat.
