Reviews of SpringHill Suites Pasadena Arcadia

The hotel is quite old with very outdated facilities. Although it's been renovated, the biggest issue is the soundproofing. The wooden doors provide very poor insulation, so you can clearly hear people showering next door or walking down the hallway. What's most unacceptable is that they knocked on our door at 8:30 AM to clean, which I assume is their standard procedure to rush guests out of bed.

Located in Los Angeles's Chinese district, the hotel offers a relatively safe neighborhood, fresh air, and a comfortable environment. The only minor downside is that some rooms close to the subway and highway can be quite noisy. On the positive side, the hotel is exceptionally clean, and the facilities are comprehensive. The front desk staff are friendly, welcoming guests with warmth and patience.

The ambiance is lovely, and the front desk staff are very friendly. The room is a bit small, but overall, it's a decent place.

I've stayed here several times now. The front desk staff are very friendly, and the rooms are quite nice too. The breakfast is rather basic, Western-style.

Exceeded my expectations. The front desk service was excellent.

Starting at checkin there were issues. We did want a handicap room and we couldn’t be moved to a regular room.  The front desk clerk lied on my wife about her response to not being able to switched.  There was a eratating sound all night long though out the hotel and when I called the front desk about it he lied again saying it would be fix only to be awakened with the same noise.  When we checked out early the next morning we found out the it was something that couldn’t be repaired right away and the morning clerk said he knew that.  Last when we checked out we discovered the same clerk canceled the reservation for the rest of the week without letting us know.  We will never stay at that SpringHill Suite Hotel.  Dissatisfied!!!

Staff members are helpful

Loved their gluten free breakfast options, also their mixture of meats. Continental breakfast could use more fruits. Staff was friendly especially front desk both checking in and out congratulated me on graduating. 10/10 services cleanliness and amenities.

Had a very nice stay. Rooms were large and clean. The staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay again close to alot of places to eat.

The cleanliness was just okay, but the room was spacious.

The room was spacious, and the service was very nice, especially the Indian guy, who was incredibly nice. The sofa bed was the simple kind; having a separate cubicle would have been better. The air conditioner was a bit too close to the bed, so it was quite noisy when turned on. The breakfast was mediocre.

This stay was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient, close to the subway station and major attractions. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable; I slept very well that night. The staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. It was great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again next time.
