torniamo qui per la seconda volta, nel w.e. 26-28 agosto. rispetto allo scorso anno, dove soggiornammo per una settimana, posso dire che stavolta, con rammarico, si notano diverse differenze peggiorative che fanno scendere la valutazione, a cominciare dall'arrivo alle ore 10:45 circa, la camera ci dicono, e come già sapevo, sarebbe stata pronta per le 14, l'idea era quella di aspettare la consegna in piscina, che con il gran caldo sarebbe stato piacevole, chiedo e mi dicono che c'è da pagare 10 euro a persona per l'ingresso, ma io sono ospite ufficiale tra 3 ore! vabbé se devo pago. entriamo in piscina ed alle 12 ci comunicano che la camera è pronta, quindi 1 ora e 15 di piscina 10 euro.. proporzionate al costo di una giornata al mare avrei risparmiato.. vado a ritirare la chiave della camera e mi chiedono il saldo anticipato, quindi tutti gli altri servizi a pagamento di cui potrei usufruire ( pranzo o cena al ristorante, servizi di piscina, aperitivi o extra di qualsiasi genere li devo pagare sempre all'istante? vabbé, forse qualcuno è scappato in piena notte senza pagare.. la camera arredata in maniera discreta, letto matrimoniale fatto di due reti singole accoppiate che cigolano allegramente ad ogni girata nel letto, pareti segnate da zanzare spiaccicate, qualche ragnatela in giro con annesso fabbricatore di tele, copriletto bucato da qualcuno che ha fumato di straforo in camera, e soprattutto, briciole varie in giro per la stanza, che voglio dire, 10 mq di camera, con una scopa in 5 minuti togli tutto! condizionatore che funziona al minimo nonostante fosse stato da me regolato al massimo di ventilazione ed a 21° gradi di temperatura interna, temperatura mai scesa sotto i 26,8 gradi.. colazione standard con limitate scelte di dolce e salato, rispetto allo scorso anno è sparito il buonissimo yogurt artigianale fatto da loro sostituito da vasetti di activia. ma la ciliegina sulla torta è stata la festa del 18mo compleanno di una ragazza nell'area esterna antistante gli ingressi di tutte le ali delle camere.. ma io dico, ma come si fa a pensare di rompere i cogli0ni ad una 30ina di persone che soggiornano pagando e quindi in diritto di and****ne a dormire alle 10 di sera, fino all'una di notte?? con musica, fuochi d'artificio e ragazzetti che sbraitano allegri fregandosene del fatto che sono in un albergo? decisamente fuori luogo!! prossima estate verso altri lidi.

Ottimo hotel, buona posizione per raggiungere in auto sia il centro che la zona sud di Roma. Ampio parcheggio. Personale cordiale.

Ho davvero troppo da dire su questo albergo, non posso fare a meno di condividere. Mi piace sempre segnalare chi lavora bene e mette la soddisfazione del cliente in cima ai propri pensieri, ma qui si sono superati. Sono arrivata per caso, in fuga da un Airbnb scalcinato e senza finestre(sic!); dopo una lunghissima giornata al mare, ho trovato posto in questo hotel, polo industriale di Pomezia, diceva Google maps. Vabbè, niente vista mare, pazienza, andiamo. L' Hotel di per sè ha un fascino tipico degli anni '80 - 90, niente fronzoli e niente minimalismo, un classico albergo grande, più per persone tipo congressisti che per vacanzieri, ho pensato. Niente di più sbagliato: intanto, pulizia perfetta degli ambienti, nessun odore di polvere - chi è allergico sa di cosa parlo - e semplicità elegante e gradevole ovunque. Camera: gigante, spaziosa, con finestra e balconcino, grande bagno con vasca e finestra. Insonorizzazione eccellente, libreria in camera con qualche volume, ripeto zero polvere.E fin qui. Ma le sorprese sono arrivate tutte dopo: dopo essermi infilata in un letto con lenzuola freschissime e morbide, mi sono goduta la climatizzazione perfetta - era il 22 agosto, caldino fuori . Al mattino: mai dormito meglio in vita mia! Spalle, collo schiena, tutto riposato e sgranchito, non so spiegarvi l'estremo benessere, ma vi dico solo che ho chiesto in reception dove poter trovare materasso e guanciali cosi morbidi! Non capita sempre di alzarsi perfettamente riposati e ristorati, senza doloretti o rigidità; ancora sorpresa, siamo scesi in sala colazione e ci siamo trovati davanti ad un tavolo infinito carico di dolci - ciambelloni, crostate, biscotti - yogurt, miele, marmellate, burro, uova, succhi, formaggi pane e ogni altra delizia possibile, compresa la frutta fresca e le bevande calde a richiesta o dalla macchina in sala. Veramente tutto eccellente. Per farvela breve, da allora in poi se vado al mare l'idea è sempre fermarmi almeno una notte, per completare il perfetto benessere della mini vacanza. Menzione speciale alle persone che ci lavorano, sorridenti e pazienti come in effetti dovrebbe essere ma non è certo scontato, no? Vi ringrazio tutti, a presto!

The Astura is a nice hotel overlooking the marina with a side view to the beach. Lots of good restaurants are nearby. The staff is great and helpful. The rooms are as shown in the pictures and very clean. . Breakfast is fine and in a sunny room overlooking the sea. The only con is parking. The websites all say there is free parking BUT this means that there are 5 spaces for the whole 6 story hotel on the public street and anyone can park there. I never got one of these spaces and spent 40 minutes on a Friday night searching for parking. If you have a car, you may wish to stay else where. If you aren't driving, I highly recommend the Astura. NOTE: if you do drive, the hotel is on a one way street. Other than the 5 spaces, all the public streets are pay parking at 1 euro an hour from 9am to 1pm and 4pm to midnight. There is a free lot though. If you drive past the hotel, take the first right and the immediate next right and then right away turn into a small one aisle parking lot. If you are lucky enough to find a space here, its free parking all day.

Amazing experience of outstanding service. These days we cannot get such amazing service. People are so good and nice to you. Place is good, clean and simple rooms. Food is outstanding.... Particularly lunch and dinner are superb. But it is the hotel staff who deserve praise .....whether it is the front desk or restaurant staff, or even the person who is in charge of maintenance, they treat their guests like they were part of your family and they knew you for years. You can feel the genuinity in their interaction with us. Though it is outside Rome, it is an experience to stay here

My family and I stayed here for only one night as we had to stop overnight to Sorrento - wish we would have stayed longer! Nice apartment, clean, had all amenities we needed including a washing machine. Excellent customer service by front desk especially Alessio. He was wonderful and gave us lots of good suggestions on what to do/where to go around here. Thank your for having us and thank you to Alessio for your outstanding service.

Repeat visit to this hotel. Blend of traditional and modern that works well. Spectacular views across the lake, Meals in the restaurant directly overlooking the lake, views are breathtaking. Hotel is opposite the Popes summer residence, which you can see clearly across the lake. Access to lake from hotel, down some steps, you can also walk to other restaurants and bars in about 20 minutes
