Not bad as hotel. Apart the receptionist girl… We should wait long to be checked in and then she didn’t want to speak English…. I don’t speak Italian and I’m a tourist!!!!

Amazing! The room is clean and very cute, directly on the lake which is perfect for the morning as you can’t beat the view. The staff is incredibly welcoming and they really go out of their way to help and explain all the ins and outs. Very romantic little hotel. The breakfast is great as-well. Good location by the lake side. Can carpark inside the front door makes unloading luggage easy convenient. The is a lift to use, so save climbing with heavy luggage if you have.

The room facilities are new, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom amenities have a high-end fragrance; the underground parking lot is safe and convenient for drivers, the only minor drawback is that parking fees are slightly expensive during peak season.

Great location. Great views from the restaurant (and I had a room with a lake view). The only downside was the poor soundproofing: loud talking from the neighboring room was disturbing one night and the noise from the hallway was also a bit disturbing. Oh yeah, the pillow could have been better too. But the hotel is otherwise beautiful and cozy, so it was a very positive experience!

The location was excellent and I had a relaxing time. The front desk staff were cheerful and helpful.

The hotel is tired, the shower is pouring in all directions, parking for cars is paid. The location and infrastructure itself are great, but I will not come back here

A good hotel with history. The location is in a small town, equidistant from the main points (Como and Menaggio). For us, this was the best solution, as we traveled by car in both directions. There are two of the most popular villas within a 15-minute drive and a ferry to Bellagio and Varena. It is also convenient if you do not want to go there by car. All the sights in these small towns are within walking distance. The hotel has excellent service (they speak English very well). The rooms are clean and spacious, we were upgraded. Minus - breakfasts. They are expensive (although by Como standards, probably normal). But they are very meager and not tasty. There are fruits; boiled eggs and omelette, yogurts and cereals, tea, coffee. They bake pancakes (rubber) and waffles (with large pieces of sugar) - we saw one pancake and half a waffle) No vegetables, no desserts, ham 1 type, cheese - two types and well, just not Italian. Very poor for a buffet. But there are not many rooms in the hotel, perhaps it is easier to make breakfasts a la carte, so that it is tasty and not expensive for the hotel. Overall, we were very pleased with the choice.

The location is very good. The hotel gate is a few dozen meters away from the bus stop. It is located by Lake Como and has a great view. However, if you come to Lake Como without renting a car, it is recommended to plan the bus schedule in advance. The bus does not leave on time according to Google Maps.
