This is a wonderful hotel. It has the best location in zakynthos town. I received a room with a balcony overlooking the port, and it was amazing! The staff is also incredible—thank you Natasha for your wonderful concierge service! The breakfast is beyond delicious, and the rooftop bar has unforgettable views of the town. I have seen some reviews mentioning the rooms needing renovation; I felt very comfortable and please keep in mind this is an island in greece, not Manhattan. It’s a top pick for Zante town.

Two star hotel. It has a very poor breakfast and a small elevator (where only two people can fit at a time). The staff is disappointing, not very friendly. We ordered a pizza delivery and, instead of the receptionist calling the room to inform, he allowed the motoboy to go up to our room to make the delivery (I've never seen that in my life). Great for sunrises! - Very convenient location and away from the crowds: ~15mins drive from the airport, ~10 mins drive to all the beaches and restaurants. - Great breakfast - super friendly dog on site Cons: - wifi is not good: no internet access from the bedroom, maybe a little from the living room early morning, would need to sit on the balcony to have a slightly better connection. Cell reception could be really bad here as well.
