Reviews of Comfort Inn Ballston

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Ballston and had a fantastic experience. The location is absolutely perfect—it is incredibly close to the Metro, making it so easy to get around. They also offer a shuttle service, which added a great deal of convenience to my trip. The room itself was a great size and very clean. I was also pleasantly surprised by the fitness center, which was well-maintained and well-equipped. A special shout-out to the team in the breakfast café; the ladies working there were incredibly kind, and they did a wonderful job making sure the food was always stocked and never ran empty. The front desk staff was also great and made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. Highly recommended!

Only good thing about it is location. This hotel needs renovation. The bathroom is super small and its door handle is broken.

Nothing, they were horrible to work with and had no companions

It's really convenient to get to the White House, and the metro station isn't far.

The hotel staff had a poor attitude and were difficult to communicate with. The room and bed were quite large, but for some reason, it felt a bit unclean. Rooms facing the road were very noisy. Breakfast was just the most basic kind. Free parking is available!

시설은 현대식은아니지만 포근하게 잘잤어요. 히터 소음이 작아서 너무 만족했습니다 . 70 이 넘으신 엄마와 여행했는데 조식을 맘에 들어하셨어요 . 또 ballston 역까지 무료 셔틀도 있어서 너무 만족스러웠답니다. 워싱턴보다 한적하고 깨끗한 동네분위기가 좋았어요

前台非常熱情，他們在我入住和退房的兩天白天都願意幫助我們寄存行李。早餐很簡單但是豬柳蛋和豬腰的食物飲料都齊全，很喜歡他們24h供應熱水和可以沖泡的巧克力
