My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza Suites Arlington! Everyone was extremely nice and the room was very clean and exactly as described!

The staff was excellent. Our room was beautiful and had a separate seating/work area. Beds were very comfortable. The location was great - easy access to freeways, shopping, six flags…. Loved the atrium. I’d stay again and highly recommend.

The hotel was nice. The only complaint I have it that I had my Do Not Enter/ Do Not Disturb (not sure which it said) hanging on the door when I went to the store. They entered anyway! I had money left out on the counter and other valuables that I didn’t have put in the safe bc I didn’t have time to throw it in there. They shouldn’t have entered if I put the sign on the door that said don’t smh

Great room, no microwave
My only complaint was the room didn’t have a microwave. Everything else was great.

I had to rate overall excellent because it was clean, comfortable, and staff friendly etc.
The bartender on during our stay was extremely friendly and excellent. He went out of his way to serve us.
My only complaint was the trolly service which was TERRIBLE. Never showed and made us late for baseball game. It should not be advertised as a way to get to places if it wasnt provided. Will probably stay at a hotel closer to stadium next time to not rely on bad service from trolly line
