The room was as pictured in the app. Very clean and had all the amenities you woukd want and need. USB outlets integrated at optimal places for easy convenience and a lovely breakfast

The elevator call button on the 4th floor didn't work. Had to go to the 3rd floor to use the elevator if you wanted to go down.

they had a shuttle service that took us directly to the concert we were in town for! couldn't have been any more convenient!

Our stay was terrible. The rooms and hallways smelled so bad. We stayed a week and every day we were told the pool would be open the next day. The elevators were hit and miss on working. And the property lights outside never worked.

Great stay
Check in was smooth and fun! Monica (stafff member) was so much fun and made it one to remember thats for sure! Matthew and Jasmine (staff members) were very attentive when we needed anything. Prantham (AGM) went above and beyond to help with an issue we had during our stay and got it resolved in a timely manner. Staff was very friendly no problems!
Our overall stay was AMAZING! I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Could not swim in the pool due to it being green. I traveled 3 hours to stay here and use the pool along with go to a ranger game. No pool at all! The entire reason we decided to get a hotel here. The lighting is non existent outside. Dangerous! Hotel is dated!

Staff was friendly, room was very clean and breakfast was great! Our issue was the building.
1. Elevator did not always work though out the day. (Our entire stay)
2. The only working ice machine was on the 1st floor.
3. The hallways had no A/C.

Breakfast was great! Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was top notch. It was centrally located to my business meetings. Overall great experience!
