Room was dirty. There was stuff on the pictures on the wall on the top of the wall in the shower on the bed sheets. It was just really ghetto I will not be staying here again.

Hotel was great no noise room was clean Didn't smell like smoke they actually gave dove soap 🧼 so I was really amazed by that also they provided complimentary breakfast they served variety of things the food was fresh and hotel was clean also the hotel staff was nice polite made sure we enjoyed our stay The location the hotel is located really good if you have family with kids it's by the mall lots of food places so book here

Stay was great only problem was trash, nails and glass in parking spaces. Dad got a nail in his tire and had to get it plugged before our trip back home

They gave you the bare minimum towels. We had 3 people and they gave us two towels and then didn’t want to give us more towels. They gave just enough coffee to make 2 cups and that was it. The comforter had black stains on it. I had just got out of surgery and an employee there caused us to miss the one elevator that they had working. All because he was more concerned about the vacuum than holding the door. We left a day early.

I really liked the fact that my room had the trash liners in the trash cans. Would like to have a few more food options in the little store.

When we got to the room there was a black stain on the sheets and a flickering bulb. When I asked for 4 clean towels for my group I was told I could only have one. They give you the bare minimum of coffee and sugar for the room. The ice machine on the 4th floor was broken. They had a whole entrance and elevator blocked which made the walk back to my room after surgery miserable. The elevator takes forever and after my surgery we had an employee cause us to miss the elevator because he didn’t hold it after his vacuum got caught in it. So we had to wait even longer for the elevator to come back down again.

We asked for room close as possible to elevators. We're in mid rights. NO
Charged $ 30. For small dog. No place to take him outside.
Room felt very humid. Cool enough.
The great big breakfasts was laughable. No honeybuns, no baked goods . Small lemon muffins was ALL!
VERY LITTLE YOGURT !
