The most friendly and helpful staff from the moment we pulled our car up, to the moment we left. So many great amenities that made the convenience of the location unbeatable for our concert at Globe Life.

I attended my brother's graduation from WGU on Saturday, March 8, 2025. This hotel was EXCELLENT!!! The service, the atmosphere, the people—everything was great. I'm definitely going to stay here again. My family enjoyed this hotel so much that we're looking to stay at others around the country.

The hotel and the location were perfect. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment.
Hotel Room was beyond what we had imagined. The cleanliness, comfort and amenities was amazing.

We noticed on first morning after first nights stay on our credit card a charge for 253$, when I called the desk, I was treated as if I was lying, the clerk began asking if we had eaten steak and salmon, I said no we ate at Troys. We had two drinks at the bar, but we used our credit card, nothing charged to our room. She told me an investigation would be done.
Of course later she called back stating it was a server error.
I would never stay here again, customer service is poor, and quality improvement is needed.

Housekeeping letting the door slam at 8am... there has to be a better way to go from room to room cleaning without letting the door slam ... definitely a starling noise

The hotel was very nice. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Its walking distance to Globe Life Stadium. Lots of eating choices.
