I attended my brother's graduation from WGU on Saturday, March 8, 2025. This hotel was EXCELLENT!!! The service, the atmosphere, the people—everything was great. I'm definitely going to stay here again. My family enjoyed this hotel so much that we're looking to stay at others around the country.

The hotel and the location were perfect. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Hotel Room was beyond what we had imagined. The cleanliness, comfort and amenities was amazing. This was a Perfect 10!!

We noticed on first morning after first nights stay on our credit card a charge for 253$, when I called the desk, I was treated as if I was lying, the clerk began asking if we had eaten steak and salmon, I said no we ate at Troys. We had two drinks at the bar, but we used our credit card, nothing charged to our room. She told me an investigation would be done. Of course later she called back stating it was a server error. I would never stay here again, customer service is poor, and quality improvement is needed.

It was amazing!! Everyone from valet, checking in and all staff. Very friendly, smiling, greeting and making you feel welcomed. They even helped making my husband feel special for his birthday.

Absolutely the best you could not ask for a better place to stay and the surroundings looking at AT&T stadium was fantastic. Would recommend it to everyone.
