I tried to stay at this place. The lady at the front desk was very rude! I had my 2 service dogs with me, she denied us a stay. I have a note from the doctor, but she said I need a Prescription from him. How absurd! So we left, but that wasn't the worst part. The next day, I don't how she got my credit card, she charged $50 on it. When I never gave her any information. I called my bank, it was fraud! I cancelled my card & got a new one. Don't ever go to this place & watch your credit cards carefully!

The roach Motel
The people in the front office were cool to deal with. the horrible part of my experience was it was Infested with roaches. Payed for a week only stayed three day the Office could not refund my money because of that was Company policy.

Shawna was GREAT and her customer service was incredible.. the unit was clean and nicely staged for comfort.. I wish the towel policy was different but I would definitely stay again even without the towels.

The Manger abd staff was very friendly and nice. They made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean eith mire tgen enough towels. Overall the entire stsff eas very,very helpful to our needs.
