衞生：好
環境：不得不打五分，小鎮愜意的氛圍感很強。旁邊就是啤酒餐廳，氛圍很好。
服務：正因為小鎮的愜意，服務人員經常不在崗，但也算不上不好。
設施：尚可，帶陽台加分。

Room very clean and tidy with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were very nice and helpful bearing in mind that our German is very limited. Hotel is nicely situated with only a short walk in to town. Arnstadt has a beautiful old town centre with a great cafe opposite the Rathaus for afternoon coffee and strudel / ice cream sundaes etc . One of the few places open on Sunday. Nice place to stay for three or four days at least.

Am Rande der schönen Arnstädter Altstadt ist sie, die gemütliche und bodenständige Stadtbrauerei. Wir hatten für uns sechs vorher einen Tisch reserviert - was auch gut war, denn das Lokal ist bekannt und war dementsprechend gut frequentiert. Kein Wunder, denn hier gibt es leckere Thüringer Gerichte, dazu ein süffiges Bier (wohl aus eigener Brauerei) und das ganze bei einem freundlichen Service.

Leider haben wir an 2 Abenden keinen Tisch zum Abendessen bekommen, mußten ein Restaurant in der Stadt suchen, obwohl beim weggehe freie Tische da waren die 2 Stunden später auch noch frei waren.
Hotelbereich: Sehr gut.
Restaurant: Service (für Hotelgäste) sehr Schlecht

Perfekte Unterkunft mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Gute Lage und sehr ruhig. Frühstück war ausgezeichneten wurde auch ständig aufgefüllt. Bei Fragen gab es immer eine freundliche Antwort. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet. Das Bier war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir können es bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen und sollten wir mal wieder in der Nähe sein dann ist dieses Hotel unsere erste Wahl.
