A large motel, the hotel grounds are a large park. There is a large lawn and a rugby field. very quiet. We live in a separate area. The room is not big and can accommodate 2-3 people. There is a public kitchen, which is large and cooking is no problem. There are dedicated public toilets and bathrooms, only hotel guests have keys, one minute's walk from the room. There is a medium-sized supermarket 5 minutes' walk away. It is a 10-minute walk from the town center, less than 20 kilometers from Queenstown, and a 20-minute drive. Compared with the same housing price in Queenstown, it is half cheaper.

Really clean, well organised site. We were in a camper van and it had all the facilities we could have asked for. Location is beautiful, we hired bikes in Arrowtown and had a great day cycling around the area. Pitch was a little on the small side and not much privacy, other campers close by on 3 sides, but not a big deal. Not cheap but cheaper than Queenstown and we felt it was reasonable value for money.

The pitch we were allocated 189 was so small and narrow at most 3mt wide and very sloping side to side, so much so that if we opened our door at the same time as our neighbour they hit each other. Reception staff not very helpful (we are full) this had been pre booked for over 3 months. Not a happy experience

What a wonderful place to stay! Really helpful and friendly staff, very clean facilities, lovely setting with park next door, nice indoor and outdoor cooking and eating spaces, great coffee cart on site, 4-Square grocery shop just around the corner, short walk to nearby river and historic town centre, lots to see and do nearby. Already looking forward to my next visit :)

Great camping ground. Well defined plots and heaps of taps. Loved all the hooks in the bathrooms. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Very clean and tidy. Four Square is a short walk away. Very quiet. No visitors cars allowed so not a lot of traffic.

Manager didnt care about their guests at all. Money was all that mattered in their pockets. They simply did not care about anyone else and were the worst hosts I've ever come across in 40 years of traveling new zealand.

Great holiday park within 10 minutes walk of fabulous Arrowtown. Laundry facilities were excellent and worked by credit card so easy to use. Dump station was useful for grey and black water disposal. Reception staff were friendly, helpful and good humoured. Great coffee stall just outside camp with fab coffee and friendly barista. Much better than its sister camp in Queenstown. Would stay here to do the Shotover Jet and other extreme activities in the area every time.

We found the amenities very good, had a yak with fellow residents, great nights stay. I found the staff very helpful and accomodating when making the booking and with the change we made. We found we had no concerns regards leaving our bikes outside for the night.

Amazingly clean and well maintained. The dump station setup works extremely well. The showers had great pressure and were free, no showerhead as such, which is really the only negative, although the wifi was slow, but the camp was pretty full at the time, so may improve with less occupants. The campers were quiet and respectful. I would most definitely stay again.
