This is a massive "touristic" hotel with many rooms in two big buildings, yet they don't want to accept international credit cards. It is ridiculous that they asked me for a supplementary commission after I paid the hotel fee with my credit card. The rooms are passable, with nice balconies. The mornings are noisy with the staff shouting and banging doors. The breakfast is passable.

During the first few days of our arrival at the hotel, I learned that people who are not hotel customers use the pool, and I told the hotel chief. it was cleaned unannounced, but we were not informed. When I asked about it, the cleaners said that the hotel would clean it. We stayed for ten days, only two nights and a guest came to be told that we had to pay for it. We already rented two rooms.

Mardin de 4 yıldızlı diye rezervasyon yaptığımız otelde eskimiş yatak, çarşaf, banyolu 2 gün geçirdik. Ağır bir koku berbat bir mutfağı vardı.4 yıldıza aldatılmasın. Yenilenmemiş bir otel. Kahvaltı çok kötü peynirler mi eleştirsem, yağın içinde yüzen Menemen i mi bilmiyorum.

Bence normal bir oteldi fakat biraz pisti, yataklar falan. Mesela şampuanın bir tanesi yarımdı. Odadaki eşyalar biraz eskiydi. Lobi güzel gibiydi. Yemekler açık büfe ama bence tadı güzel değildi. Eski Mardin'e çok yakın değil ama otobüs ve taksi ile gidilebilir.
