Findon Rest Ltd

We stayed at findon rest for four nights whilst visiting family in the area. The room was really cosy and warm, had everything we needed and the owners were always on hand if required. The surrounding location is stunning with good walks and a couple of great pubs in the village. Would highly recommend👍

This was perfect for a two night stop over. We had everything we needed in a clean, warm, comfortable room. The area is quiet. There is a cafe nearby. We found it to be ideal and will book again in the future.

The location was great and owners very friendly and accommodating. We were there for a wedding and able to check in early which was great. Our room (#3) was very small, with a very low door as you step up into the bathroom. Not great for my 6ft 5 fiancé. The bed was comfortable with lovely pillows, but there was lots of exposed wires and extension leads, the bathroom had nice fittings but there were lots of holes in the walls and areas that hadn’t been repaired. Our friend was in room #4 which was much larger, all nicely finished and clean and tidy. Perhaps they hadn’t quite finished 3? Not sure. Either way, overall it was comfortable enough for one night and in a good location.

Clean, tidy, quiet (but a little compact) in a small village. Fine for two night stay. Could not get wifi to work.

Great value accommodation in a lovely village with an excellent pub. Comfortable and clean. All arrangements worked well as communication from owner was timely and comprehensive. Thank you.

I wish I could give them negative stars. My room was given to someone else without my knowledge. I reach the room at 11:48 pm after a eventful and tiring day at work and needed to just rest but these guys had other plan to ruin my night. Had to book an alternate hotel at a very expensive price which I was lucky to find or else I would be sleeping in my car. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I have demanded a full refund as a minimum and will wait for it. I don’t want any explanations. You guys just ruined my weekend.
