Splendid oasis in Arusha! It has gym and pool facilities and the bed was very comfy. Perfect location for pre and post safari travels! Opposite KFC as well. Service was excellent!

Good service and location also good

When we checked out, we were asked to pay for the bed levy. We showed the order form, which stated that all the charges were included, but we were still asked to pay. We were in a hurry to leave, so we didn't bother to argue. The bill showed $1.38. The first waiter said $1, and the second one said $2. In the end, we paid 4,000 shillings, and they didn't give us change. I knew there were scams in Tanzania, but I didn't expect to be scammed by a regular hotel on my first stop. Although the amount was small, it was very annoying.

I booked the most expensive suite in this hotel, but it was very bad compared to other hotels of the same price.

It's not bad because it's managed by Sheraton, but honestly, it's not that good compared to the price.

The front desk upgraded the suite, but the location is far away and there is no elevator, so you need to climb stairs. The hotel is in a garden style, and the breakfast is just okay. The location is in the city center. But the hotel is a bit old

1. Ctrip customer service is very poor, customer service communication is difficult!!! A simple check-in time issue requires application from multiple departments. Don't use Ctrip for overseas room reservations. I am a black diamond member with millions of points, but it is meaningless. 2. The school is next to the hotel, and it is very noisy in the morning! The soundproofing in the room is also poor, and you can hear clearly what is happening upstairs! The Wi-Fi speed is not as fast as the mobile phone! The only advantage is that the shower water is big enough and hot enough. The breakfast is barely acceptable. 3. Hotel service depends on how much tip you give, so I won't comment on it here.

I stayed at the Arusha Sheraton before, when prices were not so high. Come back now, the environment is still good, but the decoration facilities have not changed much. At the same price, it is no longer possible to stay in the same room type [previously booked without Ctrip]. The hotel's breakfast is good, with many varieties and choices. The lunch buffet at US$20 per person is much more cost-effective than before. If I come back again in the future, as long as the price is right, I will continue to choose here.

設施超微舊了，服務還是可以的，在這個小地方，也不能選啥了，算是可以吧，外國人入住比較多。期待提高居住舒適度。
