CPH Pevero definitely has its charm, luxury and impeccable service. It is located in a beautiful area close to the local beaches and very luxurious Porto Cervo. There are however some points to uncover due to the costs customers incur when staying at this place. Firstly, there are no irons and ironing boards available in the rooms. Ironing can be done by their laundry service which is rather inconvenient, especially if you are going out and need to make your dress presentable in no time. I did not feel like filling a form every time I would need this service. Another very important point to mention is the beach where hotel has its beds and umbrellas. The beach was not very well maintained, needed a serious cleaning and had little amount of beds available. There were definitely not three rows of beds as they advertise. It felt like an abandoned place. When I mentioned this to the hotel's concierge she said the beach did not belong to the hotel and therefore it was out of their control what it looked like. We came at the end of May and were told the season was not fully open yet hence why. Base on the amount of money we paid for the stay this is not acceptable. Everything should be ready when season starts. Thirdly, the hotel does not have five swimming pools as they advertise. They have one swimming pool and four paddling pools. In overall, we enjoyed our stay however we had much higher expectations prior to our stay. When we arrived not everything seemed to match their description on the website.

The staff were exptional, I haven’t had such excellent service in a hotel before. And I have been to very many hotels in my long life. The environment is very peaceful and beautiful, the rooms are very clean but small, so the bathrooms are all the same.

Our recent stay at this hotel fell well short of expectations for a property claiming to offer a five-star experience. The room was small, and the bathroom even more cramped. Basic amenities were underwhelming – the toiletries had an overpowering soapy scent, and a bottle of water in the room was priced at €5. Coffee pods were average at best. Breakfast was a letdown. Much of the food was kept behind closed doors, requiring guests to request items from staff, which made the experience awkward. The selection was limited, with no fresh orange juice and a very modest offering of hot items. One of the most surprising issues was the absence of an iron. For a hotel of this standard, it’s astonishing that guests are not provided with such a basic facility. The explanation given—safety regulations—seemed more like an excuse to charge extra for a service that should be standard. Your stuff won’t be ironed unless you pay! The check-in process was disorganized and slow. The cost of transportation arranged through the hotel was outrageous. We were charged €100 for a 10-minute ride to a beach club, and similarly high rates for other journeys, regardless of distance. A transfer to the airport was €130, despite the taxi meter showing much lower rates during the trip. (€20 euros to be exact). Altogether, we spent nearly €600 on taxis (during 3 days stay ) recommended by the hotel, which felt excessive and exploitative. On a positive note, the breakfast and dinner staff were excellent—professional, friendly, and attentive. However, the food itself was average, and dinner came with a hefty price tag of over €200. We enjoyed better meals for a fraction of the cost in the nearby town. This hotel can’t truly be considered five-star. As it stands, the value for money is extremely poor, and the overall experience disappointing.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at! Service was excellent, food and drink were delicious, and the hotel itself is beautiful! I will be staying here next time I am in Sardinia! Our favorite part of staying here has to be the pools, multiple levels and sizes so you can have as much socialization or privacy as you want. All the staff spoke English so communication was effortless.

The CPH hotel boasts an exceptional location, nestled close to town with stunning ocean views, offering the perfect blend of accessibility and a serene, resort-like escape. The grounds are breathtaking, featuring a spacious, unheated pool and ample areas for relaxation, seamlessly blending with the natural landscape. Our room was roomy and comfy —highly functional, equipped with modern technology, a charming deck, and a peaceful ambiance. The hotel itself exudes a resort atmosphere while maintaining a personal touch, with numerous inviting spaces to unwind and multiple dining options. The attention to detail and guest care is remarkable. The breakfast buffet, which I highly recommend, is a highlight—one of the finest we’ve encountered in our travels. It showcases an array of fresh, local produce, meats, and cheeses, transforming every morning into a culinary adventure. Example. - We tried every local cheese one morning and it filled an entire dinner plate. The staff truly elevate the experience, making every guest feel as though they’re in their own private oasis. From the warm porters to the friendly front desk, who often greet you by name, to the exceptional concierge team securing coveted reservations and planning unique excursions, the service is impeccable. Shout out to that team as overdelivering on high expectations. That matters when every day here counts. Perfectly situated near a vibrant town yet slightly removed for a tranquil retreat, the CPH hotel delivers the best of both worlds. Heartfelt thanks to the staff, management, and director for providing such an extraordinary team and experience.

I had a reservation and unfortunately, we’ve had a very bad experience through the hotel. After taking our $2900 deposit for a May visit, the airline canceled our flight service to the island thus we are not able to go or rebook as the trip had been planned. Even though the hotel will certainly be able to resell the room you are refusing to refund our deposit. In addition, we have emailed several times and no one has the decency to answer our emails. The CEO was supposed to respond in early January and has failed to do so. This is very poor service for a five star hotel and I have not had an experience like this with other five star hotel. Avoid the hotel at all costs!

We went for a week and had two rooms connecting by a hallway, which was nice and the rooms had a view to die for. The food was great, and the hotel had a nice family feel—a great position for getting into the town. The manager was really lovely and friendly as they had an event on, so guests needed to leave the pool area so they sorted the guests out with free access to the beach, I really like the manager being around as you don't see this much these days as they usually hide away, and all the staff were really nice. The food was amazing, and we really enjoyed the experience. Very expensive, but Italy is never cheap! They offer free transport into town, which we used a few times as taxis cost a lot.

The property is beautiful, and the location is perfect. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. A special shout-out to Melisa at the front desk, who was especially helpful and made a great impression. The only downside was that the mattress was a bit too hard for our comfort

The common spaces are nice, but the rooms are oldish and basic, even though it is visible that they invested in technology. Waiters and safeguards by the pool are very nice and a great help. The shower cabin is minuscule, not at all confortable. The view is so and so, you could see the sea from the balcony, but only above a rooftop that overshadows it. Breakfast is not what it should be for a 5 stars hotel - they have a lot of options but you have to choose through a window and specifically ask the employee to give you each small piece of cheese, by pointing your finger.. If you want two pieces, you need to keep asking.. To order coffee or water you need to wait a lot, when you call for a waiter mostly they say “just a minute” and get lost; when you finally get their attention, you only get half a glass of water at a time. Regarding the concierge - there are two laidies, but they are completely useless. We stayed for 5 nights and selected a couple of restaurants we wanted to go to. They promissed they would help us with reservations, but we didn’t hear back from them, even though we insisted. I thought that maybe being on a short notice there was no availablilty, but we ended up reserving tables ourselves online without much of a hassle.. So completely useless concierge. There is nothing but the beach around the hotel, and if you want to go to Porto Cervo, even though it’s only 4 km away, you need to go by taxi which is really expensive (roughly 40 euros for 4km - max 10min drive).

Our stay at CPH Pevero was fantastic. The staff was incredibly helpful and they helped ensure our trip to Sardinia was smooth at every turn. The hotel property was beautiful and the location was very convenient to explore many areas of the island. Highly recommend!

Great location. Great food. Amazing view from the room and very close to the beach. Rooms and shower are little small and old. But it’s typical for Europe. The hotel staff was Amazing and helpful, Especially the Bartender Mario Malu, he was above and beyond. Super nice and accommodating We definitely coming back.

Almost didn't book this hotel as it had some less positive reviews, but booked in the end because it is an SLH and I trust that brand from experience. Well, having been lucky enough to have stayed at a large number of 5 star hotels this definitely has our seal of approval! We would happily come again. Stayed at more expensive hotels in Sardinia and much preferred this one. What we liked - pool setup is great with the pools across different levels and really fab smaller pools for children - meant we (and other families ) could let our daughter splash around without disturbing anyone else. Cabanas and beds set up around the pool all very spread out so it never felt crowded at all Beautiful view from the room. Great location to drive to all other parts of the Costa Smerelda. Also a great location for any hiking or trail running on the Pevero health trail. Lovely evening restaurant with fantastic food and wonderful staff. Great selection at pool bar menu for lunch. Lovely breakfast (please note if reading less recent reviews they no longer charge for omelettes etc at breakfast). Gym was better than the previous hotel we had stayed at which was a 5 star "resort". In general the level of service amongst the staff was super. What we didn't like - this actually really didn't bother us but the hotel's beach area isn't great or great value. It's EUR120 for a pair of sunbeds on Piccolo Pevero (less than 5min walk or they offer a shuttle) ... And anyway Grand Pevero (2min further walk from hotel) is nicer with sunbeds a third of that price. And there are other beaches on the peninsula which are also great. So, if you're happy to go to Grande Pevero instead or want to drive around the coast a bit during your stay... Don't be put off by that. Two slight negatives - they didn't provide much water in the rooms (at a 5star hotel I expect more than one small carton of water per person per day) and the room was slightly on the small side bearing in mind we had to fit a cot in it.. but a small price to pay for the view.

Outstanding resort with amazing staff and service. Beautiful grounds, restaurants, and rooms. Can't emphasize how wonderful the staff are. The beach is very nice and location is excellent for exploring many local areas of Porto Cervo and surrounding areas. Highly recommend for a lovely, relaxing holiday. Joseph and Marcie Neuberger.

This was our third time at the CPH Pevero Hotel. Since last time the hotels facilities have been slightly updated outside with lovely seating next to the pool. The staff are faultless in their service and the new manager is really helpful, warm, friendly and professional. The concierge also will sort out any resteraunt bookings which is great as my Itaian consists of Bonjourno only. The food at Zeferrano is top notch and the Sardinian wine is exceptional. Our room was very comfortable , we always sleep well here. I love the choice on offer for breakfast which keeps me going throughout a day at the beach. Tomas deserves mention as his warm and jovial personality ensures we have fun. The cocktails in the bar I recommend as they are really good. The beauty of the area with a luxury hotel as your base makes for a fabulous vacation. I highly recommend the CPH Pevero Hotel for the staff, its facilities and superb location.
