Room is big, walking distance to Asahikawa Train Station. Buffet breakfast is excellent … come with unlimited seafood rice bowl 💯💯💯

Very strategically located, once out from Asahikawa Station you can see the hotel just across the road. Aeon mall is just directly opposite the hotel which is so nice to do lots of shopping and even have meals. Room is small however the buffet breakfast is really awesome,I wld give a 4.5/5 for the price . Asahikawa is a good place to stage visit to the various places of interest like Biei Blue Pond n Furano

The facility is not good, but the breakfast is supper good, and the location is good, five minutes walk from the train station. Cross the street there is A big shopping mall

Excellent hotel. Very clean, comfortable. Although the room is a bit small but is good enough for me. Staff is very nice and able to speak in english. Very near to Asahikawa station and there is Aeon mall right in front of the hotel. Definitely will be staying here again the next time im going to asahikawa!

It was the worst hotel in my whole Japan trip which I have stayed with another 4 hotels and all much better than this one. Very non professional for customer service and I would say quite”rude” for communication. I have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and booking and email communication was ok until the check in process. During check in, we would like to purchase for the breakfast during our stay and was first told by the front desk tomorrow’s breakfast was sold out and can only book for the next 2 days and we said yes. Later, when I would like to pay for the breakfast, the front desk told me again, can’t book it now and must book in the morning which made me very confused. Anyway, the booking for breakfast was very non professional and complex which never happened to me with other hotels. Besides of that, when we asked for some hangers, the communication was bad and rude. Staff definitely need to be trained properly. This is bad especially compared with other hotel in Japan with Japanese style customer service quality. Finally, for hardware, the bathroom is very old with serious wear and tear. The carpets are very dirty and disgusting. Clean only provided every 3 days and bins won’t be empty if not put it out. I can’t understand why this hotel can have good rates but to me, even location is good, no more again.

Walking distance to JR Asahikawa Station and other main streets with a lot of eatery convenience store nearby. Location is fantastic but room are very small for a double room.

View to Asahikawa station was magnificent and super convenient You should try 2000 yen breakfast buffet Best breakfast I can recommend There are so many fresh expensive Seafood You can make your own Seafood Donburi It costs 3-4000 yen in Tokyo Best hotel with great quality when you travel Asahikawa

Delicious hotel breakfast :) room is small but clean, washing machine was a little slow but got the job done. Right next to train station, front desk very friendly, amenities supplies are great. Would recommend.

The room is so small, not suitable for family. We had a problem with the room which was the toilet did not flush. So, she staff cloud not speak English so hard to explain. Not really appreciated with this hotel.

This hotel is in a great and convenient location. The train station and supermarket are in front of the hotel, so it is easy to get your needs and go wherever you want to go. Also, the breakfast has a variety of options and good quality for people to enjoy their rich breakfast
