Beautiful and super romantic experience. This historic residence directly overlooks the Piazza del Popolo in Ascoli, a marvel. Large, clean and heated room. Breakfast is served in one of the bars near the property. Highly recommended!

Stayed two nights, rooms in a historic building, well heated, quiet, standard equipment with some extra comforts such as a coffee and tea maker. Excellent cleanliness, exceptional location, a room directly overlooked Piazza del Popolo. Breakfast agreement with a nearby bar with good croissants. Excellent value for money. Parking not available on site, but we were shown a nearby garage at a cost of €15.00 per day, managed by the very nice and helpful Mr. Quirino.

The stay at this hotel was very pleasant, the staff was very friendly. The view from the room is wonderful, it directly overlooks Piazza del Popolo and looks like a postcard. The room is spacious, clean and with a very comfortable and warm bed. The room also has a coffee machine with pods. The bathroom is large and clean. Very peaceful and quiet environment, despite overlooking the main square. A shame we only spent one night there. Breakfast is included but can be spent at a nearby bar and could be improved in terms of both quantity and variety.

Unfortunately we only stopped for one night during a short trip to Ascoli. Giant room (in fact it was a quadruple room) of overwhelming comfort, huge and very comfortable bed, also large bathroom, coffee machine with pods and kettle, everything clean and extremely comfortable. Partial view of Piazza del Popolo. Kind welcome, and breakfast included at a nice bar nearby. Ascoli is small and charming.

Room with a view of the central square... we had a good time... wanting to nitpick, we were missing slippers... shower gel, women don't wash with shampoo... heating connects and disconnects every 10 minutes...otherwise everything was perfect, really good to go back...

Friendly staff, clean and tidy room, our room overlooked a dark alley, it's a sort of B&B. Located in a very central position, practically on the corner of Piazza del Popolo. For the first breakfast, vouchers are provided to be used at a (nice and well-managed) bar just around the corner. The mattresses of the beds were quite uncomfortable as they were very soft, especially those of the sofa bed and furthermore in the double bed the mattress was made up of two singles therefore they were divided. Inside, however, they let us find four pods (Lavazza) for the coffee machine, a kettle and some biscuits, as well as mineral water and bathroom products. Definitely a good option for the family.

A pleasant stay in a very central and well-kept residence. I thought it was a hotel but instead they are rooms, well organised, with a very large and comfortable bed. As soon as it rang, a very kind girl materialized and checked us in and accompanied us to the rooms. Very quiet environment despite being practically in the main square. The only thing that can be improved (in terms of quantity/variety) is the voucher for breakfast at a nearby bar which only includes cappuccino and pasta.

After booking well in advance, and receiving positive confirmation for the overnight stay, 3 days before departure I receive notification that the hotel is overbooked. I find myself without a room with a family in tow looking for a hotel at the last minute. I consider this a serious disservice!

in transit through Ascoli (beautiful city), we stayed overnight in this delightful residence in a renovated historic building. The rooms are spacious with all the services and some small defects: the TV is old and does not catch everything, the room is cold (in the period of early January) and the air conditioner is not sufficient to heat, breakfast is at an external bar , with tea/coffee and 1 croissant/brioche. Parking not easy, or in garage at €15/day. End of negativity. Everything else is excellent especially the bed is very comfortable. Perfect cleaning. Also recommended for families.

The very central location is of little use if the room has a broken door and window (I attach photos). Luckily it wasn't very cold because the heating wasn't working either: at 27 degrees and the fan on maximum the heat was imperceptible. The bed defined as "king size" consists of two single mattresses pushed together, and the taps are encrusted with limestone. In short, not what you would expect for €90 (on a Friday, because on Saturday and Sunday the price would have increased).
