Tru by Hilton Ashburn One Loudoun

We were there four days and I had to go ask them on the third day to come clean the room Check in on Sunday and Tuesday afternoon 3 o’clock. I had asked common and clean the room and we were gone all day when we got back. The room wasn’t done.

We choose this hotel because of its proximity to food choices and convenience to our destination. The hotel team even recognizes us when we return.

The swimming pool, gym enjoyed using it. Also fresh coffee for 24/7. Friendly staff, tasty breakfast. The parking lot is free. The restaurants in walking distance.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights (Friday and Saturday) and had an overall great experience. The hotel was very clean, and the room itself was spotless and well-maintained. I had a room with two queen beds, which was perfect for my stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made both check-in and check-out quick and easy. I also appreciated the location—it’s fantastic. The hotel is easy to get to, parking was simple, and it’s within walking distance of several restaurants, which made everything very convenient. Breakfast was offered on Saturday and Sunday, although I didn’t personally try it, so I can’t speak to the quality. The bathroom was a great size and very clean. The only minor downside there was the water pressure in the shower, which was a bit low—but that’s something I’ve experienced in many hotels. My only real complaints were with the bed and pillows. The mattress was quite firm and not the most comfortable for me, and the pillows were very soft with little support—they kind of flattened out completely. The hotel was quiet for the most part. However, I did notice that the doors don’t block much sound, and I could hear some noise from the hallway at times. Overall, I had a positive stay. The cleanliness, location, and helpful staff really stood out. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

The lobby is so welcoming and relaxing. Our room was very clean, bright and cheery. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast was satisfying

I have tried to reach out to Hilton three times with no response. The stay was mediocre. I have been in worse places & I have stayed in nicer places for cheaper. First off, the pool was nice. Very heavy in the chlorine, as it burned my eyes just sitting in the room while my daughter played in the pool. Then when we went back to the room to shower, the shower was broken. We called the front desk, maintenance never showed up. We have them almost an hour (53 minutes) to show up. Never did. Called back and asked because it was almost 2200 at this time & we needed to be in bed as we had to get up at 0445 the next morning. She said he would come in the morning. I said we'll, he has to have it fixed for me to shower at 0445, so was he coming before that? She said no between 0700-0900. I said we would be checked out by then, someone needs to come now. Finally 32 minutes later he showed. Didn't fix it because it didn't work in the am, then proceeded to not turn off for 1.5 hrs after my shower ended. Around the toliet was yellow when I wiped around it with a towel the night before cleaning up from the shower. We had not used the bathroom in the room yet, but it was very yellow & gross after we cleaned up the water from the shower. The curtain was off the track so a street light shown into the bed perfectly. The staff when addressed with issues said he would make a note, and nothing. I have reached out 3 times, radio silence. Stay else where!!

Rooms were clean, nice amenities, close to restaurants & shops. The water pressure in the shower could be a lot higher though.

The hotel was clean and easy access to major roadways as well as walkable to One Loudoun and numerous shops and restaurants and activities. We also took our dog and it was great for him. Would stay here again!

I chose this hotel because of the proximity to food and adult social activity. The property is clean, modern, and has a great staff.
