The hotel is everything you would expect from a Hilton and more. The staff is  helpful and accommodating.  James greeted us with a warm smile at the front desk. He made sure our requests were honored. Then Jim offered to help with our luggage. He overheard me request for more hangers. He took it upon himself to look in storage and was able too rustle up a few more for us. So nice to see two employees doing their best to make a customer happy. It makes for a pleasant stay.

This hotel is in a nice area in Asheville. There are several restaurants to walk to. It is quiet and clean.  It has an indoor pool and a restaurant.  Parking is convenient. You can park outside or in parking garage.  The garage connects to the back of the hotel. 

Great property in the middle of a mixed use development.  Walking distance to dining, shopping and entertainment.  Well kept and friendly staff.  There is a complimentary parking garage attached to hotel. Just off interstate I-26 South.
