This was the perfect place to stay ahead of my visit to Biltmore House. I had 2 spa treatments, a wonderful dinner and breakfast in the dining room, and a cozy lunch by a sun filled window. The rooms are well appointed and the bed, comfortable. The cheerful and helpful staff navigated a ride to the airport for me. I look forward to a future visit!

Special Weekend But Missed Dining Opportunities The staff are extremely well trained and “of course!” Is always their reply. They are all friendly without being obsequious. Standards are high for service, food (quality, freshness, presentation, options), cleanliness and promptness. We found it frustrating to book reservations in the dining room, told there was no availability, even when there were several empty tables, throughout our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer!
