This hotel was an absolute treat. The room was fabulous and the staff was delightful. We saved money on some of our other stays on the trip but decided these nights we would treat ourselves and it didn’t disappoint.

We had a wonderful stay at the Biltmore Inn. The room and view were beautiful. The staff was friendly. We ate in the dining room and our dinner was delicious.

Five star experience. Ritz Carlton like staff and service. The estate has the most beautiful conservatory my wife and I have ever seen. Newly renovated property in 2025 and our lovely room had the new furniture smell. Definitely the "perfect combination of relaxation and recreation." Expensive but worth the unique experience and I would stay here again.

The new beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The room temperature was set to 60f when we arrived back from dinner. Not pleasant on a cold night. Water in the shower was mostly luke warm. After going out side at 3.30 on a freezing morning due to a fire alarm I was surprised that no staff member came out to engage and update guests. Not sure if I'll be back. Had great visits in the past.

Booking my next visit! The Inn, the public rooms and veranda, the grounds, the rooms and bathrooms are all beautiful, well-maintained and immaculate. The food in the dining room and the Library Lounge is diners. The waitstaff are all genuinely friendly and strive to provide excellent service.
