DO NOT STAY HERE!! After I checked in and left for the concert, they searched my belongings and stole money from my bag!! Room was disgusting, management and staff does not care at all. This place needs to be shut down. Stay literally anywhere else for your own good.

This place is SO dirty! Wouldn't recommend to anyone. see pics. Even outside has trash everywhere. All they do to clean is put towels out and Swiffer the floor.

Standard motel fare, I arrived late and was kindly greeted by the gentleman at the counter. Rooms are a bit dated but that's normal for places like this. Nothing out of the ordinary. I would probably stay here again if I return to Asheville again.

The hotel refused my BOOKED reservation with "choice points" and the manager would not EVEN OPEN THE DOOR for me when it was 20 degrees out - making me stand n the cold and speak to him through a window like a criminal. stay away! I was driving on business with my son and we were exhausted and it was freezing out. This was a booked reservation. Place looked scary too - with transients as tenants. Been a choice privileges member for over a decade - HOW IS THIS PLACE UNDER YOUR FLAG????

WAYYYYYYYY Overpriced...almost $200. Filthy air filters, toilet not secure (wobbly), breakfast was to be included but was told when we got there, they weren't doing it because of Covid; which is FALSE advertising, popcorn ceilings, old bathtub hardware w/no ability to plug the tub, toilet paper holder was low...barely above the baseboard and across from wobbly toilet and nasty, noisy including the 7 am workers running machines, tv remote was plastic and did not provide information when using to change channels. They s/b ASHAMED of how horrible the conditions are and to charge that much. Barely worth $50,
