"I booked us here for Mother's Day weekend and was astonished by the beauty and elegance of the hotel. They really go above and beyond to focus on perfecting the details, even leaving a rose and a note with our super cute picnic/breakfast basket on Mother's Day! The location is fantastic, but I will mention that every Friday night there is a drum circle in the park across the street which is loud and goes for several hours. We found the sound of it disturbing as you can hear it throughout the hotel and it made it hard to relax at the rooftop bar in peace. The bar downstairs had a solo artist play both nights we were there which was a lovely treat. I would gladly stay at this chic boutique again!"

"Walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors, especially if staying in a room that is considered a suite. I had noisy neighbors which made my stay unpleasant. I did move rooms, but the hassle of that was frustrating to deal with. I would not stay here again."

"It's a bit confusing to get to the property, so pay close attention to Cliff St. You can't see the street sign . It is right at the Westgate Shopping Center. The room was fine, but the shower head needs a good cleaning. Hallway carpet also needs to be cleaned."

"The pictures on the website missrepresented the size of the room and the configuration of the beds. The room was extremely small, the queen beds were positioned foot to foot, very strangely, with uncomfortable padded furniture in between them. The heads of the beds were far from looking at the TV so it was hard to see the picture since you had to see it from a difficult angle. The pictures on the website had the beds side by side even though there are very few rooms like that. The beds barely fit into the room. There is no closet (you have to hang your clothes on hooks on the wall) and no private enclosed area to use the sink. There is no dresser. Of the 4 nights we were there, the maids cleaned the room only once. There is no desk aside from a little tablet area on the chair. There is a junky collapsible table hanging from the wall. The management obviously tried to use all possible ways to cut down the size and quality of the space and to hide that by making it cutesy. In addition, the swimming pool and exercise area are shared with the hotel next door, causing a long walk to get there--of course none of these cost cuts were even mentioned on the web site. Who are you kidding?"

"Stayed here to visit the Biltmore. The hotel was crowded when I checked in so I got a room facing the parking lot which was loud and uncomfortable. When I spoke to the manager after staying overnight, he was conciliatory and moved us to a nicer room on a higher floor with a nice view and included breakfasts which I hadn’t included in my booking. I ended up really pleased with the hotel and stayed an extra night. The breakfast buffet server was so nice and remembered my beverage the next morning. Everything was clean and comfortable."
