The room is clean and the scenery is pleasant. Although the meals do not include beef, pig, and mutton dishes, you will be full. The public hot spring is great. Not only do you have drinks, but there are also popsicles to eat. There is a lack of shuttle bus. You have to catch the bus down the mountain when you check out. , a bit of a fly in the ointment

Room was beautiful and very very good with great views. Dinner was exceptional and breakfast quite good. Staff service is excellent but not great English. Hakone has a luggage service which I used to
move the bags to the hotel. There is a
return service which I wanted to use but the hotel failed to tell me I had to have the bag ready before 10am. This caused an inconvenience and irritation of lugging my luggage all day.
