Yumeoi-so

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Our table was a bit far, so we felt the time was a bit short. The accommodation felt a bit old, but the air conditioning worked perfectly, and it was clean. The bed was also spacious, so we rested comfortably.

My parents were very satisfied. They enjoyed a quiet walk along the stream in the surrounding rural village and rented a family bath. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, the staff was friendly, and the bedding in the room was comfortable.

Regarding the location, I think it's good, surrounded by nature with views of Aso. The convenience store is a bit far, but there's a shop within the facility, so it's not a problem. The service is good, and the front desk staff are all smiles, which is great. However, the welcome drink is only available until 6 PM, and when I went at 5:58 PM (by my watch), they had already started cleaning up and refused to serve me. The food offers a variety of dishes, but the taste is just a little bit lacking. The whole place feels a bit old, but the room I stayed in had been renovated, and the in-room bath was nice. In the evening, there are festival-like events, which I think would be fun for families.

This is a Japanese-style hotel that offers complimentary private onsen baths for guests to reserve. Dinner is a buffet, complete with unlimited sake and grilled wagyu beef. The buffet is incredibly rich and varied. I'd definitely visit again!

This is a truly beautiful ryokan! It's a wonderful place with several baths available, allowing for private onsen experiences. This is my second visit, and it's a place I'd love to go to again.

Located on the outskirts, so a rental car is essential. This hotel's breakfast is among the top three I've ever had.
