This hotel has an inadequate system administrator. He didn't fix the key problems for a month. Finally after a month he did, but now the keys are cut down every day. At the reception, too, they can’t really help by referring to the programmer.

Номера без изменений, все как и раньше хорошо. Но прохладно, отопления еще не было. А вот на кухне изменения не в лучшую сторону! Как мне сказали - поменялся хозяин у гостиницы. В итоге - завтрак за 450р, а поесть нечего. Убрали шведский, предлагают каждое утро одно и тоже. Каша,блины, бутерброд с тонюсенькой рыбой. Чай - самый дешевый азерчай, отрава! Хочешь хороший - доплати. Единственный лучик света - официант Анастасия, спасибо ей! Ужин - 750р! На выбор салат из огурцов или моркови, печеночные оладьи или еще что-то второе не вкусное, не запомнил. В итоге - САМАЯ ТОТАЛЬНАЯ ЭКОНОМИЯ НА МЕНЮ И ПРОДУКТАХ! Не рекомендую после смены владельца! Ищем новые места, друзья, открываем горизонты) увидимся в центре видимо

забронировали номер на 3,приехали сказали что забронировали не тот номер сказали что виноват агригатор как только собрались звонить в агригатор вопрос был закрыт,поднялись в номер зашли,ковёр грязный везде комары мебель битая просто ужас ,кондиционер не работает сказали что включат 1 июня и то вряд ли на улице было 32 градуса,комары ночью закусали,хотели посидеть в тишине но нет ,идёт ремонт в соседнем номере.

Коротко : из плюсов современный отель , неплохие номера с набором для чая , кофе , балкончик. Из минусов : далеко от центра , сам отель локально а-ля в пром.зоне , плохой подъезд , вид из окна номера депрессивный .В номере не было тапок и зуб.принадлежностей - на рецепшен трубки упорно не берут ) .Завтрак конкретно эконом . Вывод : если нет других вариантов -то можно !)

Снимали апартаменты, с террасой, проживали с ребёнком. Ребёнок вечером сказал, что кто то светил в окна, мы подумали с берега, занавесили окна. Ближе к ночи в номер зашёл человек, трезвый, огромный, который своей картой открыл нашу дверь и на вора вроде и не похож, но и пришёл к нам целенаправлено, и увидев нас, не ожидая, что мы ещё не спим, выбежал быстро в коридор. Обратились в службу безопасности отеля, оказалось камеры не работают, кто заходил не могут посмотреть и определить,спокойные до безобразия, не дождавшись утра мы съехали, причём никто не извинился!было очень не по себе, уровень отеля упал ниже плинтуса!

Посетил Астрахань , получилось так , что жил я в гостинице Золотой Затон , гостиница не плохая , расположение не очень удачное , от центра далеко , обслуживание хорошее, персонал внимательный , в гостинице тихо спокойно , все принадлежности в ванной есть , кровать удобная , в номере чисто .
