Hotel Palmas del Sol

I stayed for 3 nights at room #35 of Palmas del Sol. T'was a good location near touristy spots of downtown Asuncion. It's customer service is 24/7 with security personnel. When I asked for a mosquito repellant spray, they gave me one immediately. They also lent me scissors and provided laundry services at affordable cost.

Every day cleaning ,breakfast was included ,staff was friendly and helpful ,good for price ,located at the center of the city designated area for smoking ,mini bar in the room

I am very happy with this hotel. I arrived in the city quite early so I asked if I could leave my luggage with them until check in time. They kindly agreed to this. All of the staff are excellent, professional and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. It was serviced every day I was there and towels were changed daily. There was a fridge in the room and the bottled water was restocked every day. There was also lots of room in the fridge for other drinks etc The breakfast was the best I have encountered on this South American trip. It included eggs, meats, cheese, bread, cakes, fruit juice, coffee and more I used their laundry service. I left it with them in the morning and everything was hanging up in my room when I returned in the late afternoon. The location was perfect, a short walk from many sights including the river, cathedral, Government Buildings and the Railway Museum. It's easy to get a Taxi, Uber or Bolt to any part of the city or beyond. It was about a 15 minute trip to the Coach Station. I would highly recommend this excellent Hotel. Thank you

Friendly and very helpful staff, good breakfast, reasonable price. But the room had a huge minus - a terrible smell from the old furniture, that made staying inside very uncomfortable.

all OK

I really enjoyed my time here at the hotel! Roooms were clean and the breakfast was really good!

Washroom smells really bad. Dare not to walk around at night.
