I used Google translate bc K live in a large minka in Kyoto and only speak and write Japanese. This was an amazing hotel. When we got in the staff were friendly and the room was incredible and spacious. Even the bathroom was spotless. The kids enjoyed the ball pit, my 9 year old daughter loved it and played for an hour. The indoor beach was good and we had fun in the sand. The rock climbing wall is nice and padded so the kids won't get hurt. The pool was gorgeous and weswam for almost 3 hours. The food was super yummy. When my 6 year old hurt his knee, a kind staff member gave him a bandaid and a lollipop, lol. The kids ballroom smelled a little strange and when I told them they said sorry. I want the ballroom to be nicer but other than that I had a truly incredible experience. If you want a great, memorable trip with your family, pick this resort. Will totally come back. Even my husband liked it.

Great kids and adult activities. View from our terrace room was beautiful and the kids craft activities were affordable They also have a tree house which is great for family pictures and they give you an hour at the pool with limited number of people to be in the facility. They are careful with COVID-19 so you can feel safe

I went with my family of 4 and 2 preschoolers. I went on a family trip for the first time in a while and wanted to have a relaxing stay. My 5 year old daughter was very happy with the bouldering and the chef experience at the kids studio. All of the staff members were kind, polite, and very enjoyable. The view from the hotel was nice, and the buffet had many kid-friendly items. There were many menu items that would satisfy even adults, such as fried horse mackerel, steak, and ramen.

諸事情でここに泊まらざるを得なかったが、来て後悔した。西洋型温泉目指しているかもしれないが、大人や欧米人には向かない。サービスのバランスが悪い。例えば、部屋は広く、大きな大きなクローゼットがついているが、ハンガーは２個だけ（1人に1つ）。空調が効かない。レストランでは、まだ空いていて、窓際希望を伝えたにもかかわらず、壁際の13番の札を渡された。曇りにもかかわらず、カーテンを下ろしっぱなし。従業員同士で客の悪口をよく言っているな。値段の割にお願いしなきゃなんないことが多くて、バランス悪い。

熱海の街と海を一望できる眺望は素晴らしい。レストランの質も悪くない。 ただし、その他が全体的にチグハグ。部屋が広いわりにアメニティが貧弱だったり、ビュッフェの店員さんが丁寧だなと思ったら背中を向けた途端文句を言っていたり、西洋型リゾートを目指していながら和室があって不思議なインテリアになっていたり、かと思うと洋室にナイトランプがなかったり。 子供とはしゃぐには良いホテルだろうが、大人だけで訪れるのは不向き。コスパを考えると、その思いがより強くなる。

部屋からの景色が素晴らしかった。初日は雨模様でしたが、それなりに夜景が綺麗でした。翌日帰る日でしたが、晴天となりバルコニーでくつろげました。寒いので少しの時間ですが家族写真も撮りました。部屋も開放感がありとてもくつろげました。特にバルコニーに面したガラス張りのサンルームがセレブ感です。

初めて利用させていただきましたが、子供向けのアクティビティ等が充実していた印象でした。子供たちは帰るのを惜しんで、帰りの車でも次に泊まる予定を立てようとしてました。笑 夫婦、カップルなどでも十分に楽しめる施設だと思いますが、特に小さいお子さんがいるファミリーにおすすめしたいホテルだと感じました。また、スタッフ皆様の対応が素晴らしく、気持ちよく滞在することができました。

生後半年の記念に宿泊。ホテルで全てが完結し外に出る必要が無いというコンセプトに初めて出会い、魅了されました。安くない値段ではありますが、平日に休みを取っていけば負担は少ないのでお勧めです。トップシーズンに高い値段を払っていくのはどうかなとも思いますが、子連れで旅行ができるという安心と楽しみを頂きました。ありがとうございます。
