When you go there, ask for this three amazing magnificent people they will make you fe** like second home Mr. ****** receptionist, chef ******, special lifeguard **** I had a truly pleasant stay at this hot**, mr. ******, the receptionist who w**come me like I’m in my second home where comfort met professionalism in most aspects of the experience. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the food with Jeff ****** who succeed to send me a m****ge that St**la de Marie restaurant is ready to compare with the international hot**s restaurant. and the friendliness of the staff, specially, the pool lifeguard **** who was like the second guardian of my kids was protect them all the time them and them friends. He is a special man. everything was impressive. The environment was calm and r**axing, and the location made commuting easy and enjoyable — adding a unique touch of convenience to my visit. However, on the final day, I encountered an unexpected issue with a front desk staff member, *** ** ****** whose attitude lacked the courtesy and flexibility I had experienced throughout my stay. While this incident didn’t overshadow the overall quality of the hot**, it certainly left an impression that shouldn’t be overlooked. I sincer**y hope the hot** management takes this note into account to maintain the high standards of service this place is known for. قضيت إقامة مميزة جداً بدأت بترحاب من مستر جورج موظف الاستقبال احسست من خلاله بان المكان وكأنه بيتى الثانى في هذا الفندق الذى ينافس العالمية حيث امتزجت الراحة مع الاحترافية في معظم جوانب التجربة لى ولزوجتى ولاولادى الذين لم يريدون ان يغادروه بدءًا من نظافة الغرف، إلى جودة الخدمة في المطعم، ومهارة عظيمة من الشيف مدحت الذى اتقن بفن هو و طاقمه تقديم الاصناف التى تنافس مطاعم العالم الاوروبية و العربية و لُطف طاقم العمل، على حمامات السباحة و على رأسهم عيسى الذى كان يراقب اولادى واصدقائه بكل حب وكأنه اب لكل واحد ويختتم يومه بتنظيف وصيانة مكان عمله كل شيء يدعو إلى الإعجاب. البيئة كانت هادئة ومريحة، والموقع مثالي لسهولة التنقل، ما أضفى على رحلتي طابعًا خاصًا من السلاسة والراحة. تمنيت ان تطول فترة اقامتى لكن، وعلى الرغم من هذا الانطباع الإيجابي، فوجئت في اليوم الأخير بموقف غير متوقع من أحد موظفي الاستقبال، يدعى عبد الرحمن والذي تعامل معي بطريقة افتقدت اللباقة والمرونة. لم يكن هذا الحادث ليغيّر من جودة الإقامة بشكل عام، لكنه بالتأكيد ترك أثرًا لا يمكن تجاهله. آمل أن تأخذ إدارة الفندق هذه الملاحظة بعين الاعتبار، لضمان استمرارية الخدمة الراقية التي عُرف بها هذا المكان

I loved the room with the view of the ocean and the full moon, the FOOD was amazing!!!! Staff was excellent The room was perfect. Thank you!

We had power outages whole night and they refused to refund my last night.

We booked a room with partial Seaview. We were given a room with no Seaview that had recently been renovated. On enquiring at reception, we were told the rooms with partial sea views were available but had not been renovated. This is not told at the time of booking. The noise from the renovations was extremely noisy. Again, not vlear at time of booking. Visited the spa gor a massage and had the constant noise of drilling above my head. It will be lovely when finished - but couldn't recommend yet!
