Staff is super friendly, they show support always. Place is also nice, pool was good - little small, no heaters - but you have access to the other pool & beach of grand hotel which makes it fine. The room was fair, beds are not comfortable - I suffered back pains where I have issues already, also AC is too noisy. Bathroom toilet had an issue with the combination, keeps on flooding water..

The staff are really kind and exceedingly helpful. The price was excellent. The facility itself feels a a bit old. The air conditioner is working but quite loud in our rooms. You use a shuttle to go to the beach but they provide it nearly immediately

The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. My only reservation is regarding the food—it falls short of the standards expected from a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing, leaving us feeling bloated and requiring digestion aids afterward.

The food lacks variety, and its quality does not justify the price. There is also a need for improvement in pest control, particularly organic solutions for flies. More attention to these areas would enhance the overall experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
