Elite Residence & Aqua Park

Rooms poor quality and aged staff not friendly specially the recisption men and overall not worth the money

Every thing is ok I recommend it for good family vacation

Location - Is perfect it’s on the beach so it’s very peaceful and great for a getaway, the water park is awesome for the children with a sand park on the beach. At night they have satisfactory entertainment (not sure if this is just weekends) t’s a huge shame that the pool swim bar is not active as described in the description of the hotel Food - I ordered from one of the restaurants (prawn pasta and white chocolate waffles) was beautiful. We had breakfast and dinner buffet which I felt needed better food and variety. Apartment- was disappointing the A C /TVRemotes had no batteries the bedroom and bathroom needs some attention the doors and furniture are very grubby unfortunately it was not a comfortable stay Reception need training as the male came across rude and inpatient, we wasn’t informed about the entertainment nights nor given a towel card for the beach/pool one thing that I found highly annoying was that the Wi-Fi only works in the lobby, you don’t have the luxury of being in your room or even by the pool with wifi this was very inconvenient. I wouldn’t go back because of the room and Wi-Fi however I would go for a day pass to use the pool

Staff were so welcoming and the food was amazing, however the rooms and facilities condition was so poor and lacking a lot of maintenance which costed us time and hassle.

It’s not worth the money at all

I enjoyed my stay so much , everything was perfect , pool and sea view, amazing animation team for my kids and also for all family members, I recommend it for all families. Nice Vacation It was a family trip, hotel was nice and the family enjoyed too much

Staff was great and very accommodating, gave us an upgrade and restaurant staff were great ! Food selection an quality could be better.

My below-average experience begins when I communicated with the Sales Manager Mr. George Isaac, asked several questions and requests, but he did not respond, and when I arrived at the hotel: 1. Iron and pressing table: refused to provide any told me they have a laundry and pressing service 2. Baby cot: don't have any! 3. Restaurant hall: when I arrived, found out it is not well-air-conditioned (using old-fashioned ACs) 4. At the main gate, delayed me for no reason and couldn't find my name registered despite my 50% down-payment: seems like the security guards and the hotel reception are not well-coordinating together
